How to use the service

Once we confirm your purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours with your VPS connection account information. The flow of the process is as follows,

1、Download user guide: 　Please click here to download and view.
2、Contact us for account information: 　We will send your account information and a remote desktop file for easy connection to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours of your application. If you are continuing from the free trial, you can continue to use the VPS you are using for the free trial and we will not issue you a new account.
3、Start using VPS: 　Please read the user guide and connect to the virtual machine dedicated to the purchaser.

precautions

Notes for FX-only VPS (Windows)  Please do not use the Task Manager to terminate tasks of a process for the purpose of saving memory. Doing so will cause the virtual machine to black out or blue out and will not run properly.  Never change the network settings of the virtual machine. If you do, remote desktop connection will not be possible.  Please refrain from any activity that places an excessive burden on the line. In order to prevent damage to other customers, we may terminate your service without prior warning as soon as it is discovered.  Please do not use this server for mass spamming or unauthorized access activities.  Do not transfer or gift your account information.

Note regarding the first month free of charge

1. The first month free is available only once per person per plan. For example, if you cancel your 1GVPS plan once and then sign up again, you are not eligible for the first month free. 2、Please note that 8G VPS plans are not eligible for the first month free of charge. 3、The first month free of charge may not be applied or your application may be cancelled depending on our overall judgment.
