The analysis method uses the following theory 1 First step: Elliott Wave TheoryThe Elliott Wave Theory, established by R.N. Elliott and first published in 1939 as a series of articles in the Financial World newspaper, is based on the Fibonacci coefficients of 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, and 21, which are the golden split ratio. The basis of the stock market is a combination of 5-wave ups and downs (graphs 1 to 5) and 3-wave ups and downs (graphs a to c). In a rising market, the directional wave (impulse wave) is the 5-wave wave and the corrective wave is the 3-wave wave, while in a falling market, the opposite is true: the downward directional wave is the 5-wave wave.

Elliott Waves have the disadvantage that the counting method differs from one person to another. We are the first firm in the world to adopt this method. The chart below is a monthly graph. This time New York rallied while being told several times, including by various Elliott wave theorists, that it had hit the ceiling again. This was due to the lack of a clear wave turnover rule. The Hiron=Count, which is a commonly used term to describe the two-step decline of the monthly leg as the condition for a wave turnaround, can be used to explain the clear wave turnaround. Note: When using the Hiron=Count, please make sure to clearly state "Hiron=Count. It seems that the Hiron's Law, which states that a two-stage up move and a two-stage down move in the monthly leg are conditions for a wave turnaround, has been rejected. One is that the 5 waves after 7442$ are a ceiling formation which itself is a 5 wave formation. The other is that the monthly high of 9786$ recorded after 7539$ is an irregular top. Looking at the weekly chart from the monthly record of $7539, we can see that a 5-wave upward irregular top was formed up to $10085, so even if a 5-wave structure is formed, the first 3 waves are almost complete, and we are already in the 4th wave of decline. In that case, the lower price is considered to be around 8600$, and if we do not defend 7400$ at that drop, the count of irregular top formation will be valid and we will have a historic crash.

2 Phase 2: Fractal TheoryFractal is a term not found in the English dictionary. It is said to be a compound of the words "Fracture" and "Fraction. In Japanese, it translates to "self-similarity. Simply put, it is like the relationship between a tortoise and its hatchling, in which the shape of the wave is reduced or enlarged by a factor of an integer or the golden ratio. If you are familiar with Elliott Waves, the period from the high of 22750 two years ago to the low of 14966 last November is considered to be a 3-3-5 flat type adjustment. In other words, it consists of a 3-wave decline, a 3-wave reversal, and a 5-wave decline. The problem is that the waveform after 14966 cannot be explained by Elliott waves alone. $5903_fractal.jpg$ If we pick up the actual transition of the main up and down values, the transition is 14966 (c) - 17117 (x) - 14488 (a) - 17352 (b) - 15050 (c) = 1998/05/07. Using fractal theory, this can be easily explained. If we consider that the same waveform that occurred from 22750 to 14966 is generated from 17117 (X) in a reduced form, we can consider that a decline corresponding to the 5-wave decline from 20910 to 14966 is currently occurring from 17352 (b). The lower price calculated from this is 13229. In addition, the waveform that occurred from 22750 to 17019 can be considered to have started from 20910, in which case the predicted lower price is 10334. 3 Phase 3: Merriman Cycle TheoryThe clearest cycle theory currently available was presented by Raymond Merriman. According to Merriman, cycles should be taken from cycle bottom to cycle bottom. It is not taken in a top-to-bottom or top-to-top manner. Next, the cycle is not a straight fit, but rather an orb, which is a deviation from the cycle. Also, larger cycles affect smaller cycles. The Nikkei 225 has three cycles in order of length: an 8-year cycle, a 51-month cycle, and a 10-year cycle. These are the 8-year cycle, the 51-month cycle, and the 18.3-month cycle. The following table shows the results of the cycles other than the 18.3-month cycle, which has already ended. The bottom of the 8-year cycle will arrive between February 1998 and December 1999.
