Recommended time frame: The recommended time frames are the 1-hour, 4-hour, and daily time frames. Although this method can also be applied to scalping by reducing the time frame to a smaller leg, I myself use this method mainly for day and swing trading, so I recommend 1-hour or longer legs as the basic time frame.

Can I understand it even if I am just starting out in Forex? We have created this website so that even beginners can understand it by using illustrations and real charts.
