Targeting a pullback sell on lower timeframe at RCI3 heavy resistance with the RCI3 main line + mBDSR
※Campaign ongoing until January 10, 2019.
BODSOR (mBDSR)sales page ishere.
※ BODSOR is an indicator developed to improve the entry accuracy when buying on dips or selling on rallies using a triple RSI line (RCI) framework.
It enhances the accuracy of entries for these scenarios.
This time, the supplementary indicator 【mBDSR】 is included with 【BODSOR】.
【mBDSR】(Supplementary Indicator):
The development concept is the same as 【BODSOR】, but the arrow signal generation conditions and its calculation method are completely different.
Because more arrow signals occur than with BODSOR, there is a higher likelihood of capturing entry opportunities that could not be captured with BODSOR.
First, the figure below is the daily chart of USD/JPY.
USD/JPY Daily (from December 2016 to January 2017)
Among the three RCI lines, only RCI9 is clearly rising.
If RCI9 turns down, the three RCI lines may all turn down.
In other words, price could experience a strong decline.
In such a situation,mBDSR's pullback sell signal (yellow arrow circled in the figure) lights up.
Immediately after the signal lights, a large bearish candle appears, and thereafter the price steadily declines, indicating a continuing downtrend.
This shows the pattern.
From the so-called three-time RSI top (green square area) there is often a recovery rally when viewed on a lower timeframe.
By the way, when looking at the above daily chart, if we switch to a 4-hour chart for the RSI triple-top area…
USD/JPY 4-hour chart (December 2016)
Among the three RCI lines, only RCI9 is clearly rising.
If RCI9 turns down, the three RCI lines may all decline.
In other words, price could drop sharply.
In such a situation,mBDSR's pullback sell signal (yellow arrow circled) lights up.
After the signal lights, the price declines steadily, indicating a downtrend.
As in this example, a three-time RSI top can be a pullback selling opportunity on lower timeframes
