Indicator that informs you of the perfect order of moving averages
When looking at moving average lines, one important point is the arrangement of the moving averages.
For example, when three moving averages are displayed—the short-term line, the medium-term line, and the long-term line—the most responsive to price moves are usually in the order: short-term > medium-term > long-term.
In an uptrend, the arrangement tends to be from the top: short-term, medium-term, long-term, and this ordering is sometimes called the upward perfect order.
In a downtrend, the arrangement tends to be from the top: long-term, medium-term, short-term, and this ordering is sometimes called the downward perfect order.
When considering the direction and momentum of price movements,the timing of achieving the perfect order (or whether it is currently in perfect order)can be considered important.
