Emails are not being received (Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc.)
A.
If you are not receiving emails from our website, the following causes may apply.
Please check them one by one.
1. Check your spam folder
Depending on your email service (such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail),
emails from our website may be automatically filtered into the spam folder.
Please search your spam folder using our sender email address:
(@gogojungle.co.jp)
2. If the email is found in the spam folder
If our email is in the spam folder,
please select 「Not spam」 or 「Move to Inbox」.
After that, future emails should be delivered normally.
3. Try searching your mailbox
In the search bar at the top of your inbox,
please search using one of the following keywords:
・Our sender email address
・Your 「order number」 or 「product name」
4. Check your email receiving settings
Emails may not be received correctly due to the following settings:
・Specific email addresses or domains are blocked
・Filter settings automatically move or delete emails
・Your mailbox storage is full
・You are using Gmail POP receiving settings
(From January 2026, Gmail will discontinue POP receiving, and some emails may not be delivered)

5. Other possible reasons
Please check in My Page → Email Subscription Settings
that notification emails are set to 「Receive」.
