Emails are no longer being received (Gmail POP settings)
A.
From January 2026 onward, if you are using Gmail with POP email settings,
emails sent from our service (such as order confirmations and payment notifications) may no longer be delivered.
Due to the discontinuation of Gmail’s POP receiving feature,
you may not be able to receive or see emails such as order confirmation emails, shipping notifications, or replies to inquiries.
[This may apply if]
・Emails that you used to receive are no longer arriving after January 2026
・You are using Gmail with POP receiving settings
[How to resolve]
Please check and take one of the following actions:
・ Switch to Gmail’s IMAP settings
・Change to an email address that does not use POP receiving
・Check whether the emails have been filtered into the spam folder
