FXSkull_ShiftChartZone User Manual

We will guide you on how to use an indicator that dramatically smooths past data verification across multiple timeframes in MT4. It is designed for intuitive use even for beginners.

1. First, check the usage in the video

We have condensed how the indicator moves and the actual verification procedure into short videos. Start by visually grasping the flow.

2. Basic operation steps

Turn on/off features (Main Button)On the top-left of the chart is“Sync On/Off”Clicking the button turns the feature ON.※ To facilitate past verification, turning ON temporarily disables auto-scroll, which makes the chart automatically return to the latest bar.
Line display and highlightingWhen the main button is ON,“A Line”andbuttons appear. Clicking them will display vertical lines on the chart. When both A and B are shown, the period between them is automatically shaded in blue, making the range of movement you want to focus on easy to identify.
Synchronize with other chartsTry dragging the displayed lines with the mouse. All other open charts will automatically scroll to match the time of the moved lines. Even if you switch timeframes (e.g., 5 minutes, 1 hour), the line positions are preserved.
Finish verification and return to current marketAfter completing past verifications, click the“Sync On/Off”button again to OFF. The lines and highlights disappear neatly, andall charts jump instantly to the current priceand resume normal market monitoring mode (Auto Scroll ON).

3. Customize to your preference (Parameter settings)

From the MT4 indicator settings screen, you can freely modify the following items.

Colors and thickness of each line and fill:You can change to colors and styles that are easy to read.
Initial position of B line (DefaultShiftB):After displaying the A line, you can set how many candles to the right (future) the B line appears (default is 10 bars).
Button position (MainBtnX / MainBtnY):Fine-tune the placement of the buttons on the chart (offset from the left/top) with numeric values.

■ Installation steps

Save the ZIP file to your computer.
Right-click the ZIP file and choose “Extract All” to unzip the folder.
Check the .ex4 file inside the unzipped folder.
Launch MT4 and select File → Open Data Folder from the menu.

In the opened folder, navigate to the following hierarchy.

   └─ ・Indicators
```
Copy the .ex4 file andpaste it into the Indicatorsfolder.
Return to MT4, right-click on Navigator → Indicators and choose Refresh.
Drag and drop the displayed indicators onto your chart from the list.
If needed, configure parameters and click OK to apply.
