H4’s up 2 waves reversed at 47.3% and have retraced to 11.9%. They are halted within the pink horizontal rectangle (retrace 31.8%–61.8%), and are rising strongly toward an up 3 wave. In this situation, H1 Elliott Wave could see the downward 2 wave exceed the starting point of the downward 1 wave. If you enter early, it may be interesting to watch for an “low made higher, high made higher” sign (red circle) and place a buy order.

When H4’s up 3 wave rises to about 90% of the up 1 wave and H1’s up momentum weakens, a “lower highs, higher lows” scenario occurs, so I will take profit at the blue circle in the above image rather than chasing.
