MT4 MTF Moving Average

This is an MT4 (MetaTrader 4) indicator that displays moving averages from higher timeframes. For example, you can display the 1-hour moving average on a 5-minute chart. Moving averages from timeframes smaller than the chart you are viewing can be hidden.If you are displaying the 1-hour moving average on a 5-minute chart and temporarily switch to a 4-hour chart, the 1-hour moving average will be hidden.Period settings are available.You can set the applied price, such as close price basis or open price basis, and you can configure the type of moving average, such as simple moving average or weighted moving average. Colors, widths, and styles can be changed. This indicator consists of three indicators in one.MTF_MovingAverageThis is a standard multi-timeframe moving average. It displays one moving average line.MTF_MovingAverage[ALL]With a single indicator, it displays all moving averages for multi-timeframe support from 1-minute to monthly, one per timeframe. As with MTF_MovingAverage, moving averages with a timeframe smaller than the chart's timeframe can be hidden. You can individually turn off unused timeframes' moving averages. For example, if you do not use weekly or monthly moving averages, you can hide just those.MTF_MovingAverage[MultiL]With one indicator, you can display up to 15 multi-timeframe moving averages. Each moving average can be configured for its period, type, and timeframe. You can individually turn off unused moving averages. For example, if you do not use weekly or monthly moving averages, you can hide just those. [ALL] allows easy, bulk setting of period and type, [MultiL] allows detailed, per-item settings.
