SCH・Trend・System -GBPJPY 4H version
The concept of the SCH-Trend systemThe concept of this EA is quite clear. It is based on the thorough elimination of curve-fitting. To "ride the trend" is an extremely simple concept. But it is generally not easy to do exactly that. However, the "SCH Sign" that I have developed is designed to I designed the "SCH Sign" to ride the trend for a long period of time.
What is the SCH sign?I have created this ultimate low-curve-fit trend-following logic after years of market observation. This is the ultimate low-curve-fit trend-following logic. I take positions with a strong awareness of market turning points. I will develop several more EAs in the future. I will develop several more EAs in the future, but there is zero chance that I will be able to develop a logic that surpasses the SCH Sine. For more information on SCH Sine, please refer toMy official website for an explanation of the SCH sign.
[So, what is the SCH-Trend system? This is an automated trading EA exclusively for the 4-hour time frame of GBPJPY, which has large volatility. It does not perform any nan-pinning or martingale, but takes one position on each side. In order to suppress excessive curve fitting, entry filters are eliminated to the maximum extent possible. However, we have adopted a multi-faceted settlement logic to ensure that profits are retained. The range of loss per trade is limited by the stop loss limit. The trend-following logic of large gains and small losses is used to pursue profits to the fullest.
[Gains and losses = weak in a range market?Forward-looking, profit-and-loss systems are Generally, they are vulnerable to range markets that are not trending. However, the SCH-Trend system has a clear approach to this weakness. The system strategically positions both sides of a trade to avoid increasing losses, and when the opportunity arises, the system will even take profits even if they are thin. Whenever there is an opportunity, the system will take profits, even if they are small. In July 2014 and August 2014, immediately after the start of sales The system was able to remain profitable despite the severe range market.
About the Forward...Before the release, we conducted a 6-month public forward test at the following URL. TheIn six months, he increased his fund from 1 million yen to 1.6 million yen. We are pleased to announce the release of myfxbook on fx-on. Click here for the pre-launch results on fx-on→fx-on Click here to see the pre-launch results on myfxbook→myfxbook At the time of this writing, four months have passed since the sale. In the forward by fx-on The fund of 1 million yen has expanded to 1.4 million yen.
[Long-term back testing].Although the order is the reverse of normal. Please see the backtest results on the above forward results. Back test period = Jan. 2007 - Oct. 2014 Lot in operation = 0.3 lot fixed Initial capital = 1 million yen Earned revenue = 6.01 million yen 1,000,000 yen to 7,010,000 yen in 7 years The total amount of the company's profit is as follows. For a 100,000 yen fund, it is 700,000 yen for a 0.03 lot operation. If you do not want to take risks If you do not want to take risk, you can reduce the lot size further. The backtest shown here is a control point backtest. We have tried many times to perform a long term backtest of all ticks, but due to data capacity issues on our computers, we were unable to do so. However, the backtest was terminated in the middle of the test due to data capacity problem of my computer. (This is due to my lack of skill...my sincere apologies.) As a rule, this EA only works when the candlestick is fixed. Backtesting at the control point does not affect the accuracy of the EA, but it is not necessary to backtest all ticks. However, for the backtest results of all ticks, the period is divided and the Kawase's EA backtest site The results of the backtests for all ticks are divided into separate periods and disclosed in the following table.
Preparation for useStop loss = 120 pips loss. If you are operating a 0.1 lot yen account, the loss is 12,000 yen. The maximum drawdown recorded from 2007 to the present is 140,000 yen in a 0.1 lot yen account. In addition, the win rate is less than 40%, so this is not a system that can keep winning all the time. As can be read from the back-test results. As you can read from the back-test results, be sure to assume that there will be periods of flatness and drawdowns during which you will not be able to accumulate profits.
About Operation Lots.
The backtest and forward on fx-on is 0.3 Lots for $10,000. This operational Lots is in terms of maximum drawdown. The starting capital of $10,000 may be reduced to $5,776 due to drawdowns. Since the maximum drawdown is about half, it can be said to be a risky Lots. There is also a saying that "the maximum drawdown will come in the future". We hope that all of our users will understand this. "How much can I bear the worst case scenario of my money?" We ask each user to consider "How much can I stand even if my fund is reduced to the worst? In particular, there are investment risks involved in investing with automated forex trading software, so please be aware of the risks involved. Please handle at your own risk.
[Lastly, I want to tell you...Do not rely on one EA. Although the SCH-Trend system reduces curve-fitting as much as possible Of course, it is not a panacea. There is no perfect Holy Grail. However, when the SCH-Trend system, which is a swing type with large profit and small loss, does not perform well EURUSD scalping EA, for example, will be doing well. ...and vice versa. It is said that many professional traders around the world practice The trend-following style of trading with high profit and low loss... The SCH-Trend system, which I developed based on this idea It is a part of my EA portfolio and has been a great help to me.
SCH-Trend system manualThis will be a downloadable manual for all users of the SCH-Trend system. It is over 50 pages in PDF format. It is not a manual that covers everything from how to set up EAs to how to download MT4, but rather a manual that focuses on the It is not just about how to set up an EA or how to download MT4, but also focuses on week points. It is quite rich in contents. After purchasing an EA, please go to your "My Page", "Services", "Purchase History", and then click on "EA Settings". Service" -> "Purchase History" -> "Incentive" -> "Service" -> "Incentive" -> "Service" -> "Purchase History" -> "Incentive". You can get the access password for the manual download page from "Services" -> "Purchase History" -> "Incentives" on your own page after purchasing EA. We hope that you will download the manual as well to assist your investment.
Note: The following is a list of the items that are not included in the "Precautions" section.1. Brokerage firms that void all orders at midnight.
Brokerages such as pepperstone and myfxmarkets will invalidate all orders at 0:00. This will result in one out of six entries at 0:00, 4:00, 8:00,,,,20:00 not being executed, which will result in a loss of five-sixths of the profit to be gained. The profit you can get will be reduced to 5/6. (For details, seeKochira's information for details). Therefore, for brokerage firms that do not allow orders to be placed at 0:00, the following "Retrytime_Duration" is required. Therefore, for brokerage firms where the 0:00 order is invalid, please enter "Retrytime_Duration" or "NY_Closetime_Entry_Offset" as shown below.
2, GMT+2 brokerage firms perform better.
Since we use a relatively long 4-hour time frame The performance of GMT+2 is extremely high in backtests and forwards. Backtest and forward results show that GMT+2 performs extremely well. (For a perspective on why this is the case, seeHere is the information for a view on why this is the case). In order to adjust to a 4-hour time leg in GMT+2 time, there is a field for GMT in the parameters.
3, before actual operation
This may be true for any EA. Please confirm it by back-testing or running it on a demo account before running it on your own.
[About digits difference].Both 2- and 3-digit decimal places and both brokerage firms are supported.
Parameters]MagicNumber: Magic number (initial: 2328101) Please set as appropriate so as not to overlap with other EAs, etc. Lots: Number of trading lots (default: 0.3) The minimum lot size varies depending on the broker and account type. Please set it in consideration of the risk you can take. TakeProfit: Take-profit value (default: 400) Initial value = recommended value of 400 pips. StopLoss: Stop-loss value (default: 120) Initial value = recommended value of 120 pips. Exit: Settlement value of unrealized profit (initial value: 300 pips) Initial value = recommended value of 300 pips. If there is an unrealized profit of 300 pips or more at the time of the 4-hour time frame confirmation, it will be settled. SaftyMODE: Safety mode (initial value: false) Initial value = false. When set to "true," entries are carefully selected when the market has momentum. Slippage: Slippage (default: 20) Allowable slippage can be set. Some may think that the default value of 20 pips is too wide. However, this value is set in order to avoid opportunity losses. GMT: GMT of each brokerage firm (initial: 2) Please enter the GMT value for MT4. Example: Entering "2" will operate at 0:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, and 20:00. With summertime=true, also works at 0:00,4:00 ,,,,20 during daylight saving time Example: Entering "9" will work at 7:00,11:00,15:00,19:00,23:00,3:00 Summertime=false, works at 6:00,10:00 ,,,,2 for daylight saving time period Summertime: Daylight saving time correction (default: true) If your company uses daylight saving time, set this to "true". Set to "false" if your firm does not have daylight saving time. Only when daylight saving time is set to "false During the daylight saving time period, the operating time is moved forward by one hour. This is for the purpose of adjusting the operation time to those brokerages that apply GMT+2 & Daylight Saving Time (U.S. style). Once set, the operating hours will automatically switch to daylight saving time. There is no need to change the EA settings in March or October with daylight saving time in mind. EU_Summertime: EU-style daylight saving time (default: true) There are roughly two types of daylight saving time: U.S.-style and EU-style. If your brokerage firm uses the U.S. style, set this to "false". If your brokerage firm uses EU style, please set "true". This EA is designed for the U.S. 4-hour time frame. Therefore, the EA may not work properly in the EU style where the timing of the changeover to daylight saving time is different. If this item is set to "true", the EA will automatically correct by 1 hour during the limited period when US style = daylight saving time / EU style = normal time. Example: "GMT=0", "Summertime=true", "EU_Summertime=true Second to last week of March and last week of October to first week of November: Operates at 21:00, 1:00, 5:00, 9:00, 13:00 and 17:00 MT4 hours (The above period is the period of daylight saving time in the U.S./normal time in the EU) Except for the above period: Operates at 22:00, 2:00, 6:00, 10:00, 14:00, and 18:00 MT4 time. Once set, the operating hours will automatically switch to daylight saving time, so please be aware of daylight saving time. There is no need to change EA settings in March or October to be aware of daylight saving time. Retrytime_Duration: Retry function (default: 15) In principle, this EA operates at the beginning of the 4-hour time period. However, this parameter has been added as a countermeasure in the event that an order is not executed due to some reason. The order will be attempted every minute for the time (minutes) set here. For example, if you enter 15 (minutes), an order at 8:00 will be retried 16 times from 8:00 to 8:15. The retries are for entry, settlement, limit and stop orders. NY_Closetime_Entry_Offset: Arbitrarily delays entry at 0:00 (default: 0) At the rollover time of the end of New York time, the There are some brokerage firms that do not accept orders during the rollover period at the end of New York time. In addition, there is a concern that the spread during this time period will open sharply, resulting in a deterioration of performance. As a countermeasure, it is possible to intentionally delay orders only during the rollover period. For example, if you enter 6 (minutes), the order at 0:00 will be placed at 0:06, and the order at 10:00 will be placed at 10:00. Furthermore, if you had entered 10 (minutes) in the above retry, the order will be retried until 0:16. In the case of GMT+9, the 7:00 order will be placed at 7:06.

Just like discretionary trading, there are those that decide trading and settlement timings by combining indicators, those that repeatedly buy or sell at certain price (pips) intervals, and trading methods that utilize market anomalies or temporal features. The variety is as rich as the methods in discretionary trading.
To categorize simply,
・Scalping (Type where trades are completed within a few minutes to a few hours),
・Day Trading (Type where trades are completed within several hours to about a day),
・Swing Trading (Type where trades are conducted over a relatively long period of about 1 day to 1 week)
・Grid/Martingale Trading (Holding multiple positions at equal or unequal intervals and settling all once a profit is made. Those that gradually increase the lot number are called Martingale.)
・Anomaly EA (Mid-price trading, early morning scalping)
However, a substantial advantage of automated trading is its ability to limit and predict risks beforehand.
[Risk]
Inherent to forex trading are the trading risks that undeniably exist in automated trading as well.
・Lot Size Risk
Increasing the lot size forcibly due to a high winning rate can, in rare instances, depending on the EA, lead to substantial Pips loss when a loss occurs. It is crucial to verify the SL Pips and the number of positions held before operating with an appropriate lot.
・Rapid Market Fluctuation Risk
There are instances where market prices fluctuate rapidly due to index announcements or unforeseen news. System trading does not account for such unpredictable market movements, rendering it incapable of making decisions on whether to settle in advance or abstain from trading. As a countermeasure, utilizing tools that halt the EA based on indicator announcements or the VIX (fear index) is also possible.
[Benefits]
・Operates 24 hours a day
If there is an opportunity, system trading will execute trades on your behalf consistently. It proves to be an extremely convenient tool for those unable to allocate time to trading.
・Trades dispassionately without being swayed by emotions
There is an absence of self-serving rule modifications, a common human tendency, such as increasing the lot size after consecutive losses in discretionary trading or, conversely, hastily securing profits with minimal gains.
・Accessible for beginners
To engage in Forex trading, there is no prerequisite to study; anyone using system trading will achieve the same results.
[Disadvantages]
・Cannot increase trading frequency at will
Since system trading operates based on pre-programmed conditions, depending on the type of EA, it might only execute trades a few times a month.
・Suitability may vary with market conditions
Depending on the trading type of the EA, there are periods more suited to trend trading and periods more suited to contrarian trading, making consistent results across all periods unlikely. While the previous year might have yielded good results, this year's performance might not be as promising, necessitating some level of discretion in determining whether it is an opportune time to operate.
・MT4 (MetaTrader 4. An account needs to be opened with a Forex company that offers MT4.)
・EA (A program for automated trading)
・The operating deposit required to run the EA
・A PC that can run 24 hours or a VPS (Virtual Private Server), where a virtual PC is hosted on a cloud server to run MT4.
Additionally, there are both demo and real accounts available. You can experience trading with virtual money by applying for a demo account. After opening a real account, you select the connection server assigned by the Forex broker, enter the password, and log in to the account.
When you deposit money into your account using the method specified by the forex broker, the funds will be reflected in your MT4 account, and you can trade.
Firstly, download the purchased EA file from your My Page on GogoJungle. You will download a zip (compressed) file, so right-click to extract it and retrieve the file named ‘◯◯◯ (EA name)_A19GAw09 (any 8 alphanumeric characters).ex4’ from inside.
Next, launch MT4 and navigate to ‘File’ → ‘Open Data Folder’ → ‘MQL4’ → ‘Experts’ folder, and place the ex4 file inside. Once done, close MT4 and restart it. Then, go to the upper menu ‘Tools’ → ‘Options’, and under ‘Expert Advisors’, ensure ‘Allow automated trading’ and ‘Allow DLL imports’ are checked, then press OK to close.
The necessary currency pair and time frame for the correct operation of the EA are specified on the EA sales page. Refer to this information and open the chart of the correct currency pair time frame (e.g., USDJPY5M for a USD/Yen 5-minute chart).
Within the menu navigator, under ‘Expert Advisors’, you will find the EA file name you placed earlier. Click to select it, then drag & drop it directly onto the chart to load the EA. Alternatively, you can double-click the EA name to load it onto the selected chart.
If ‘Authentication Success’ appears in the upper left of the chart, the authentication has been successful. To operate the EA, you need to keep your PC running 24 hours. Therefore, either disable the automatic sleep function or host MT4 on a VPS and operate the EA.
If you want to use it with an account other than the authenticated one, you need to reset the registered account.
To reset the account, close the MT4 where the Web authentication is registered, then go to My Page on GogoJungle > Use > Digital Contents > the relevant EA > press the ‘Reset’ button for the registration number, and the registered account will be released.
When the account is in a reset state, using the EA with another MT4 account will register a new account.
Also, you can reset the account an unlimited number of times.
→ Items to Check When EA is Not Operating
1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units
For USD/JPY, 1 lot would mean holding 100,000 dollars.
The margin required to hold lots is determined by the leverage set by the Forex broker.
If the leverage is 25 times, the margin required to hold 10,000 currency units of USD/JPY would be:
10000*109 (※ at a rate of 109 yen per dollar) ÷ 25 = 43,600 yen.
・Risk-Return Ratio: Total Profit and Loss during the period ÷ Maximum Drawdown
・Maximum Drawdown: The largest unrealized loss during the operation period
・Maximum Position Number: This is the maximum number of positions that the EA can theoretically hold at the same time
・TP (Take Profit): The set profit-taking Pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・SL (Stop Loss): The set maximum loss pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・Trailing Stop: Instead of settling at a specified Pips, once a certain profit is made, the settlement SL is raised at a certain interval (towards the profit), maximizing the profit. It is a method of settlement.
・Risk-Reward Ratio (Payoff Ratio): Average Profit ÷ Average Loss
・Hedging: Holding both buy and sell positions simultaneously (Some FX companies also have types where hedging is not allowed)
