⛀Features of EA ・Uses seven methods to hold a maximum of three positions ・EA equipped with multiple logic compatible with the USD/JPY 5-minute chart ・Implemented trailing stop mode.Added in Ver2.02・Added functionality to forcibly close positions at any time on Friday.Added in Ver2.02

【Background of EA Development】In EA trading, an EA that can consistently win is the ultimate EA. One answer to this question is the common characteristics of EA traders who have been winning for years. They operate multiple EAs simultaneously and constantly replace them. In other words, an old EA is an expired EA that is no longer useful. Some people operate 3 to 5 EAs, while others operate dozens of EAs across multiple accounts, aiming for a profit over the year by swapping them and changing lot distributions. Since you are spending a lot of money to purchase an EA, I want you to use it for as long as possible. If it is a single logic EA, it is clear that it will not win if the logic itself loses its advantage. An EA like Seven Elements, equipped with multiple logics, can adapt through version upgrades. By replacing EAs that have lost their advantage during version upgrades, the lifespan of the EA can be extended. In other words, it is necessary to continuously update the seven logics to maintain their advantages. If we assume that each of the seven EAs (logics) has a position in the design process of the EA, it means the same as operating seven EAs individually. If one EA can load seven logics and merge them into one EA, it becomes possible to aim for stable profits in any market. My answer to this difficult theme is "Seven Elements."

【Description of EA】Seven Elements is an MT4 exclusive EA automated trading system compatible with the USD/JPY 5-minute chart. The biggest feature of this EA is that it is equipped with seven logics, allowing for versatile trading that can adapt to various markets by specifying the importance for each method. The logics included are the following seven: four trend-following and three counter-trend. ⛀Trend-following type ・PerfectOrder ・GoldenCross ・Magical Trend ・Fast Scalping EA ⛀Counter-trend type ・PriceActionTrading ・MorningReversal ・TokyoTrend

Since 2020, a trend market with high volatility has continued. As a method, it is said that the trend-following type is favorable in such a market, with four out of the seven being trend-following types. In the future, if the market stabilizes and becomes a range market with small price movements, it can operate as a counter-trend EA. The biggest feature of this EA is that by specifying the importance for each method, trading that suits the current market can be performed. There is no need to wait for version upgrades from the EA creator. For example, if a drawdown occurs while operating with the default settings for the trend-following type, you can set the importance of the counter-trend EA to MAX 10 and lower the importance of the trend-following EA, allowing it to function as a counter-trend EA. In other words, by increasing the importance of the EA that is prioritized according to the market environment at that time, you can easily run the EA with your original settings. A similar EA is a multi-logic EA that holds positions for each logic. In this case, positions for long and short will be taken separately by each logic, making it prone to hedging and requiring unnecessary margin. Seven Elements scores whether each logic is long or short dominant and is designed to hold long positions in the positive evaluation range and short positions in the negative evaluation range. It holds a maximum of three positions. Depending on the timing of trend reversals, it may result in hedging. Users can input the importance for each of the seven logics to conduct trades that match the current market environment. The default settings are optimized for backtesting against "USD/JPY," but can also be applied to cross-currency pairs such as "GBP/JPY," "EUR/JPY," and "AUD/JPY" with the same settings.⛀Operating Environment・Operates on MT4's 5-minute chart. ・Works with all currency pairs.【Trading Time Zone】The counter-trend logic functions from midnight to morning Japan time, while the trend-following logic operates 24 hours or from server time 7:00 to 17:59. The time zones in which the EA operates vary, but trading is conducted in time corresponding to GMT+2 (winter)/+3 (summer). Therefore, it only supports brokers with GMT+2 (winter)/+3 (summer).【About EA Replacement】 ⛀Trend-following Type ・PerfectOrder ・GoldenCross ・Magical Trend ・Fast Scalping EA ・Breakout Trading⋲×Discontinued ⛀Mid-price Trading Type ・TTM_Trade⋲×Discontinued ⛀Counter-trend Type ・TokyoTrendThe above EAs were included in version 1.01. In version 2.01 released in May 2024, "Breakout Trading" was replaced with "PriceActionTrading," and "TTM_Trade" was replaced with "MorningReversal."

In future version upgrades, EAs with declining performance will be eliminated and replaced with other EAs. The selling price of the EA is relatively high, but it is more economical than buying seven individual EAs. Moreover, there will be version upgrades after purchase, so the cost-effectiveness is excellent.

【Supported FX Companies】Supports brokers where MT4 EAs operate at GMT+2 (winter)/+3 (summer)【Margin Guidelines】For a margin of 100,000 yen, the lot size is 10,000 in one position mode. For a margin of 300,000 yen, in averaging mode, Lots1⋲10,000, Lots2⋲10,000, Lots3⋲10,000 with a fixed lot of 0.1 is recommended. For a margin of 900,000 yen, in averaging mode, Lots1⋲10,000, Lots2⋲20,000, Lots3⋲30,000 is the default setting. If the lot is set to the minimum of 0.01 Lot (1,000 currency), the recommended margin will be one-tenth of the above amounts. Due to the nature of the EA, the order lots for medium signals (Lots2) and strong signals (Lots3) will be frequently issued. In this case, since Lots2 and Lots3 will be ordered consecutively, please calculate the margin based on the highest lot size × 3 times. Even in a single position type, the profit factor does not change much, so if you are running multiple EAs in the same account, the one position mode, which makes lot calculation easier, is also recommended.【Setting Items】(Japanese) Magic = 49099;// Magic number for EA identificationLots1 = 0.1;// Lot size for weak signals 1.0=100,000 0.1=10,000 0.01=1,000Lots2 = 0.2;// Lot size for medium signals 1.0=100,000 0.1=10,000 0.01=1,000 (applies only when averaging)Lots3 = 0.3;// Lot size for strong signals 1.0=100,000 0.1=10,000 0.01=1,000 (applies only when averaging)Nanpin = true;// True for averaging twice, false for one position typeStopLossRequest = 4.0;// Stop order 0.5=50pips 1.0=100pips 10=1000pipsTakeProfitRequest = 5.0;// Limit order 0.5=50pips 1.0=100pips 10=1000pipsSlippage = 1;// Allowed slippage

【Version Upgrade History】Latest Version 2.021. Reviewed the upper limit setting for the number of entries per day. Added the following item to the property: MaxError = 100;// Upper limit for continuous entry count (range 30-200) This is a protection program in case orders do not go through due to insufficient margin or server errors, preventing an infinite loop of orders. It was previously fixed, but has been modified to allow for free setting of the count. The reset timing for the count in the program is at server time 4:00 (Japan time 10:00-11:00), 11:00 (Japan time 17:00-18:00), and 18:00 (Japan time 24:00-1:00). If the limit is reached by manually closing positions, restarting MT4 will reset the count to zero. 2. Added a setting to not place orders when spreads widen. Enter the allowed spread as the difference between Bid and Ask values Example 50⋲5pips Default MaxSpread = 50 3. Made it possible to choose between discretionary mode and automatic trading mode. Added the following item to the property: ManualMode = false; // true for discretionary mode, false for enabling automatic trading. Previously, even if manual closing was done, as long as signals continued to appear, positions were taken in the same direction again. A setting was added to not place new orders without stopping the EA. By setting ManualMode to true, it enters discretionary mode, and new and closing orders will not be placed. 4. Switchable between averaging mode and one position mode. The default setting is to average twice. It holds a maximum of three positions. To switch to one position type, set Nanpin = false. 5. Replaced EAs. Version 2.01 (2024.05.10) Discontinued "Breakout Trading" and added "PriceActionTrading," discontinued "TTM_Trade" and added "MorningReversal." The optimized parameter values will also be changed accordingly.

6. Implemented trailing stop mode.Version 2.02 (2024.11.14)Added trailing orders that automatically follow the stop-loss order rate only when it moves in a favorable direction. This is a method of ordering that allows for efficient profit-taking while controlling loss risk. The stop-loss value will move when the rate moves more than the specified pips. 7. Added functionality to forcibly close positions at any specified time on Friday.Version 2.02 (2024.11.14)Positions will be forcibly closed at the specified time on Friday server time. ⛀Example of forced closing at server time 16:40 Close_Hour = 16;// When the weekend close setting is true, at what hour on Friday to forcibly close positions (specify in the range 0-23) Close_Minute = 40;// When the weekend close setting is true, at what minute on Friday to forcibly close positions (specify in the range 0-59) In the above settings, if there are held positions at 16:40 on Friday server time, they will be forcibly closed. No new orders will be placed until Monday morning.

About Forex Automated Trading
Forex Automated Trading refers to trading that is automated through programming, incorporating predetermined trading and settlement rules. There are various methods to conduct automated trading, but at GogoJungle, we deal with Experts Advisors (hereinafter referred to as EA) that operate on a trading platform called MT4.
There are various types of EAs (Expert Advisors) for different trading types that can be used on MT4.
Just like discretionary trading, there are those that decide trading and settlement timings by combining indicators, those that repeatedly buy or sell at certain price (pips) intervals, and trading methods that utilize market anomalies or temporal features. The variety is as rich as the methods in discretionary trading.

To categorize simply,
・Scalping (Type where trades are completed within a few minutes to a few hours),
・Day Trading (Type where trades are completed within several hours to about a day),
・Swing Trading (Type where trades are conducted over a relatively long period of about 1 day to 1 week)
・Grid/Martingale Trading (Holding multiple positions at equal or unequal intervals and settling all once a profit is made. Those that gradually increase the lot number are called Martingale.)
・Anomaly EA (Mid-price trading, early morning scalping)

When engaging in Forex, there are risks in automated trading just as there are in discretionary trading.
However, a substantial advantage of automated trading is its ability to limit and predict risks beforehand.

[Risk]
Inherent to forex trading are the trading risks that undeniably exist in automated trading as well.
・Lot Size Risk
Increasing the lot size forcibly due to a high winning rate can, in rare instances, depending on the EA, lead to substantial Pips loss when a loss occurs. It is crucial to verify the SL Pips and the number of positions held before operating with an appropriate lot.

・Rapid Market Fluctuation Risk
There are instances where market prices fluctuate rapidly due to index announcements or unforeseen news. System trading does not account for such unpredictable market movements, rendering it incapable of making decisions on whether to settle in advance or abstain from trading. As a countermeasure, utilizing tools that halt the EA based on indicator announcements or the VIX (fear index) is also possible.

[Benefits]
・Operates 24 hours a day
If there is an opportunity, system trading will execute trades on your behalf consistently. It proves to be an extremely convenient tool for those unable to allocate time to trading.

・Trades dispassionately without being swayed by emotions
There is an absence of self-serving rule modifications, a common human tendency, such as increasing the lot size after consecutive losses in discretionary trading or, conversely, hastily securing profits with minimal gains.

・Accessible for beginners
To engage in Forex trading, there is no prerequisite to study; anyone using system trading will achieve the same results.

[Disadvantages]
・Cannot increase trading frequency at will
Since system trading operates based on pre-programmed conditions, depending on the type of EA, it might only execute trades a few times a month.

・Suitability may vary with market conditions
Depending on the trading type of the EA, there are periods more suited to trend trading and periods more suited to contrarian trading, making consistent results across all periods unlikely. While the previous year might have yielded good results, this year's performance might not be as promising, necessitating some level of discretion in determining whether it is an opportune time to operate.
The requirements for operating automated trading (EA) on MT4 are as follows:
・MT4 (MetaTrader 4. An account needs to be opened with a Forex company that offers MT4.)
・EA (A program for automated trading)
・The operating deposit required to run the EA
・A PC that can run 24 hours or a VPS (Virtual Private Server), where a virtual PC is hosted on a cloud server to run MT4.
If you open an account with a forex broker that supports MT4, you can use MT4 as provided by that forex broker. MT4 is a stand-alone type of software that needs to be installed on your computer, so you download the program file from the website of the FX company where you opened the account and install it on your computer.

Additionally, there are both demo and real accounts available. You can experience trading with virtual money by applying for a demo account. After opening a real account, you select the connection server assigned by the Forex broker, enter the password, and log in to the account.
When you deposit money into your account using the method specified by the forex broker, the funds will be reflected in your MT4 account, and you can trade.
To set up an EA when you purchase it through GogoJungle, follow the steps below:
Firstly, download the purchased EA file from your My Page on GogoJungle. You will download a zip (compressed) file, so right-click to extract it and retrieve the file named ‘◯◯◯ (EA name)_A19GAw09 (any 8 alphanumeric characters).ex4’ from inside.

Next, launch MT4 and navigate to ‘File’ → ‘Open Data Folder’ → ‘MQL4’ → ‘Experts’ folder, and place the ex4 file inside. Once done, close MT4 and restart it. Then, go to the upper menu ‘Tools’ → ‘Options’, and under ‘Expert Advisors’, ensure ‘Allow automated trading’ and ‘Allow DLL imports’ are checked, then press OK to close.

The necessary currency pair and time frame for the correct operation of the EA are specified on the EA sales page. Refer to this information and open the chart of the correct currency pair time frame (e.g., USDJPY5M for a USD/Yen 5-minute chart).

Within the menu navigator, under ‘Expert Advisors’, you will find the EA file name you placed earlier. Click to select it, then drag & drop it directly onto the chart to load the EA. Alternatively, you can double-click the EA name to load it onto the selected chart.

If ‘Authentication Success’ appears in the upper left of the chart, the authentication has been successful. To operate the EA, you need to keep your PC running 24 hours. Therefore, either disable the automatic sleep function or host MT4 on a VPS and operate the EA.
EAs from GogoJungle can be used with one real account and one demo account per EA.
If you want to use it with an account other than the authenticated one, you need to reset the registered account.

To reset the account, close the MT4 where the Web authentication is registered, then go to My Page on GogoJungle > Use > Digital Contents > the relevant EA > press the ‘Reset’ button for the registration number, and the registered account will be released.

When the account is in a reset state, using the EA with another MT4 account will register a new account.
Also, you can reset the account an unlimited number of times.
If you encounter an error with Web authentication, or if the EA is trading on GogoJungle's forward performance page but not on your own account, there could be various reasons. For more details, please refer to the following link:
→ Items to Check When EA is Not Operating
In Forex trading, the size of a lot is usually:

1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units

For USD/JPY, 1 lot would mean holding 100,000 dollars.
The margin required to hold lots is determined by the leverage set by the Forex broker.
If the leverage is 25 times, the margin required to hold 10,000 currency units of USD/JPY would be:
10000*109 (※ at a rate of 109 yen per dollar) ÷ 25 = 43,600 yen.
・Profit Factor: Total Profit ÷ Total Loss
・Risk-Return Ratio: Total Profit and Loss during the period ÷ Maximum Drawdown
・Maximum Drawdown: The largest unrealized loss during the operation period
・Maximum Position Number: This is the maximum number of positions that the EA can theoretically hold at the same time
・TP (Take Profit): The set profit-taking Pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・SL (Stop Loss): The set maximum loss pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・Trailing Stop: Instead of settling at a specified Pips, once a certain profit is made, the settlement SL is raised at a certain interval (towards the profit), maximizing the profit. It is a method of settlement.
・Risk-Reward Ratio (Payoff Ratio): Average Profit ÷ Average Loss
・Hedging: Holding both buy and sell positions simultaneously (Some FX companies also have types where hedging is not allowed)
