-------------------------------------------------- ✦✦✦About 『Nanpin Master』✦✦✦-------------------------------------------------- The default settings of this EA are designed assuming operation with USDJPY. The logic concept is straightforward trend-following, a back-and-forth style that welcomes double hits. It is not compatible with currencies other than USDJPY. Operating with the default settings is recommended. The default setting has the Nampin and Martingale functions turned OFF. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ✦✦✦Explanation of External Input Parameters for 『Nanpin Master』✦✦✦----------------------------------------------------------------------- ⛀『Account_balance』: Please input the amount of capital you are operating with. ⅛ This value is used to calculate the forced stop-out amount, so please be careful. ⅛ The default setting is 10 million yen. If you do not have 10 million yen, you may leave it unchanged. ⛀『StopLoss_percent』: Enter the stop-loss percentage against the 'Account_balance' input above. When unrealized losses reach this percentage, a stop-loss order will be executed. For example, if Account_balance is 10 million yen and StopLoss_percent is 10%, a forced stop-out occurs at an unrealized loss of 1 million yen. If StopLoss_percent is 30%, at 3 million yen loss, etc. If the unrealized loss causes the account balance to fall below the minimum required margin, a forced stop-out will occur regardless of this setting. ⛀『Profit_target』: Enter the target profit amount by summing unrealized profits and losses of all positions. Adjust this based on the entry lot size and take profit value. ⛀『Profit_target_plus_percent』: Set the percentage increase in target profit for positions after the second position onward. For example, setting it to 50% means that from the second position onward, the target profit increases by 50% for each additional lot. For example, if the first position's target profit is 10,000 yen and all subsequent positions are simple Nampin with 0.1 lots, setting 50% results in: First position 0.1 lots, total lots 0.1, total target profit 10,000 yen; Second position 0.1 lots, total lots 0.2, total target profit 15,000 yen (10,000 + 10,000×50%); Third position 0.1 lots, total lots 0.3, total target profit 17,500 yen (10,000 + 10,000×50% + 10,000×50%×50%); Fourth position 0.1 lots, total lots 0.4, total target profit 18,750 yen (10,000 + 10,000×50% + 10,000×50%×50% + 10,000×50%×50%×50%). ⛀『Lots_up_type』: Select the type of Nampin/Martingale setting. ⅛ Only '0' or '1' are available. ✦✦✦ When set to '0' ✦✦✦ The Nampin/Martingale ratio is determined by the 'Lots_up' setting value. For example, if 'Lots_up' is set to 0.03: The progression is as follows: First position 0.1 lots, total lots 0.1; Second position 0.13 lots, total lots 0.23; Third position 0.16 lots, total lots 0.39; Fourth position 0.19 lots, total lots 0.58; Fifth position 0.22 lots, total lots 0.8. This simulates a Martingale progression by addition. ✦✦✦ When set to '1' ✦✦✦ The ratio is determined by 'Lots_up_multiple'. For example, if 'Lots_up_multiple' is 2.0: The progression is as follows: First position 0.1 lots, total lots 0.1; Second position 0.2 lots, total lots 0.3; Third position 0.4 lots, total lots 0.7; Fourth position 0.8 lots, total lots 1.5; Fifth position 1.6 lots, total lots 3.1. This simulates a Martingale progression by multiplication. ⛀『Lots_first』: Enter the lot size for the first position. This serves as the basis for Nampin/Martingale scaling. Default is OFF (Martingale disabled). When OFF, entries are made with the set lot size. ⛀『Total_Max_position』: Set the maximum total number of positions (buy + sell). ⛀『Max_position_buy』: Set the maximum number of buy positions. ⛀『Max_position_sell』: Set the maximum number of sell positions. ⛀『Nampin_start_position』: Set the number of positions at which Nampin (averaging down) begins. ⛀『Distance_first』: Input the initial Nampin interval in pips. ⛀『Distance_up』: Input the amount by which subsequent Nampin intervals widen in pips. For example, if 'Distance_first' = 20 and 'Distance_up' = 3: The intervals are 20 pips between the first and second positions, 23 pips between the second and third, 26 pips between the third and fourth, 29 pips between the fourth and fifth. If 'Distance_up' = 0: The interval remains constant at 20 pips. ⛀『Magic1』: An 8-digit number used to identify orders of this EA. It can be any number within 8 digits, but if used alongside other EAs, ensure it is different. ⛀『Entry_start_hour』: Set the start time for entry in GMT+3. ⛀『Entry_end_hour』: Set the end time for entry in GMT+3. The EA's time is based on GMT+2 or GMT+3. GMT+2 is winter time (+7 hours from GMT), GMT+3 is summer time (+6 hours). ⛀『Weekend_close』: Enable or disable weekend closing. ⛀『Weekend_close_hour』: Set the weekend closing time. ⛀『Weekend_Refrain_from_Entry』: Enable or disable entry restrictions on weekends. ⛀『Weekend_Refrain_from_Entry_hour』: Set the time to start weekend entry restrictions. ⛀『Early_week_Entry』: Enable or disable the EA operation at the start of the week. ⛀『Early_week_Entry_hour』: Set the start time for EA operation at the beginning of the week. ⛀『Wednesday_Filter』: Enable or disable the Wednesday stop time. ⛀『Wednesday_Entry_hour』: Set the stop time for EA on Wednesday. ⛀『Yearend_Filter』: Filter to enable or disable entries between 12/20 and 1/5. ⛀『Free_comment』: A comment displayed in the account's trading history. Can be freely modified. ⛀『Trading_stop』: Enable or disable the trading stop function. 『Trading_trigger_pips』: Set the pip range at which the trading stop activates. When active, 『Trading_pips』 specifies the stop-loss adjustment range. 『Trading_interval』: The interval at which the stop-loss is adjusted upward. Default is every 5 seconds. ⛀『Hi_Lo_stop』: Choose whether to close positions based on high/low within the period specified by 『Hi_Lo_period_H1』. 『Hi_Lo_period_H1』: The number of hourly candles used to measure high/low. It also determines the period length. Updating high/low does not necessarily trigger closing; the logic is approximate. ⛀『Scal_Exit_Logic』: Exit when a rebound occurs and the short-term trend reverses. ⛀『MACD_Exit_Logic』: Exit when MACD reverses on the set chart timeframe. ⛀『Exit_logic』: Exit when the long-term trend reverses. ⛀『TakeProfit』: The take profit level (limit order). ⛀『StopLoss』: The stop-loss level (stop order). ⛀『Max_spread』: Do not trade if the spread exceeds this value. ⛀『Slippage』: Allowed slippage when placing orders. ⛀『Entry_interval』: Set the waiting time between entries to prevent runaway trading. Setting 『Entry_interval』 below 300 prevents over-trading for risk control. ⛀『Money_Management』: Enable or disable compound interest operation. If enabled, set the risk percentage with 『Risk_percent』. ⛀『Price_Range_Loop_Trade』: External parameter 『Distance_first』 determines the pip distance for Nampin. For example, if 『Distance_first』=20 and 『Distance_up』=0: The intervals are 20 pips between each position, mechanically Nampin targeting range-bound price movements and overall trend. ⛀『Trend_display_M15_Buy』: A buy-only logic targeting initial trend movements regardless of chart timeframe. Works well with USDJPY but performs poorly with other currencies. ⛀『Trend_display_ALL』: Logic that detects initial trend movements based on the chart timeframe. Buys on golden cross, sells on dead cross. Best used with daily charts. ⛀『MACD_visualize_ALL』: Logic that detects initial trend movements using MACD on the chart timeframe. Buys on golden cross, sells on dead cross. ⛀『Holy_Grail_M5』: A high-win-rate logic that does not assume stop-loss. Aim for swap income. ⛀『Scal_Buster_M5』: Logic for long-term trend following and short-term counter-trend scalping. ⛀『Morning_Rush_M5』: Scalping logic for trading during Japan's late night to morning hours. Fewer trades due to strict entry triggers. ⛀『Morning_Weapon_M5』: Scalping logic for Japan's late night to morning hours with looser entry triggers, resulting in more trades. ⅛ The external parameters above are easy to modify; explore optimal settings. ⅛ Please verify performance via demo accounts or backtests before live operation. -------------------------------------------------------------------- ✦✦✦Recommended Capital for 『Nanpin Master』✦✦✦-------------------------------------------------------------------- It is advisable to prepare about twice the minimum required margin.

About Forex Automated Trading
What is Forex Automated Trading (MT4 EA)?
Forex Automated Trading refers to trading that is automated through programming, incorporating predetermined trading and settlement rules. There are various methods to conduct automated trading, but at GogoJungle, we deal with Experts Advisors (hereinafter referred to as EA) that operate on a trading platform called MT4.
Trading Types of Forex Automated Trading
There are various types of EAs (Expert Advisors) for different trading types that can be used on MT4.
Just like discretionary trading, there are those that decide trading and settlement timings by combining indicators, those that repeatedly buy or sell at certain price (pips) intervals, and trading methods that utilize market anomalies or temporal features. The variety is as rich as the methods in discretionary trading.
To categorize simply,
・Scalping (Type where trades are completed within a few minutes to a few hours),
・Day Trading (Type where trades are completed within several hours to about a day),
・Swing Trading (Type where trades are conducted over a relatively long period of about 1 day to 1 week)
・Grid/Martingale Trading (Holding multiple positions at equal or unequal intervals and settling all once a profit is made. Those that gradually increase the lot number are called Martingale.)
・Anomaly EA (Mid-price trading, early morning scalping)

Risks, Advantages, and Disadvantages of Forex Automated Trading
When engaging in Forex, there are risks in automated trading just as there are in discretionary trading.
However, a substantial advantage of automated trading is its ability to limit and predict risks beforehand.
[Risk]
Inherent to forex trading are the trading risks that undeniably exist in automated trading as well.
・Lot Size Risk
Increasing the lot size forcibly due to a high winning rate can, in rare instances, depending on the EA, lead to substantial Pips loss when a loss occurs. It is crucial to verify the SL Pips and the number of positions held before operating with an appropriate lot.
・Rapid Market Fluctuation Risk
There are instances where market prices fluctuate rapidly due to index announcements or unforeseen news. System trading does not account for such unpredictable market movements, rendering it incapable of making decisions on whether to settle in advance or abstain from trading. As a countermeasure, utilizing tools that halt the EA based on indicator announcements or the VIX (fear index) is also possible.
[Benefits]
・Operates 24 hours a day
If there is an opportunity, system trading will execute trades on your behalf consistently. It proves to be an extremely convenient tool for those unable to allocate time to trading.
・Trades dispassionately without being swayed by emotions
There is an absence of self-serving rule modifications, a common human tendency, such as increasing the lot size after consecutive losses in discretionary trading or, conversely, hastily securing profits with minimal gains.
・Accessible for beginners
To engage in Forex trading, there is no prerequisite to study; anyone using system trading will achieve the same results.
[Disadvantages]
・Cannot increase trading frequency at will
Since system trading operates based on pre-programmed conditions, depending on the type of EA, it might only execute trades a few times a month.
・Suitability may vary with market conditions
Depending on the trading type of the EA, there are periods more suited to trend trading and periods more suited to contrarian trading, making consistent results across all periods unlikely. While the previous year might have yielded good results, this year's performance might not be as promising, necessitating some level of discretion in determining whether it is an opportune time to operate.

Equipment and Environment Needed for Automated Trading Operation
The requirements for operating automated trading (EA) on MT4 are as follows:
・MT4 (MetaTrader 4. An account needs to be opened with a Forex company that offers MT4.)
・EA (A program for automated trading)
・The operating deposit required to run the EA
・A PC that can run 24 hours or a VPS (Virtual Private Server), where a virtual PC is hosted on a cloud server to run MT4.

Installation of MT4 and Account Login
If you open an account with a forex broker that supports MT4, you can use MT4 as provided by that forex broker. MT4 is a stand-alone type of software that needs to be installed on your computer, so you download the program file from the website of the FX company where you opened the account and install it on your computer.
Additionally, there are both demo and real accounts available. You can experience trading with virtual money by applying for a demo account. After opening a real account, you select the connection server assigned by the Forex broker, enter the password, and log in to the account.
When you deposit money into your account using the method specified by the forex broker, the funds will be reflected in your MT4 account, and you can trade.

How to Install EA on MT4
To set up an EA when you purchase it through GogoJungle, follow the steps below:
Firstly, download the purchased EA file from your My Page on GogoJungle. You will download a zip (compressed) file, so right-click to extract it and retrieve the file named ‘◯◯◯ (EA name)_A19GAw09 (any 8 alphanumeric characters).ex4’ from inside.
Next, launch MT4 and navigate to ‘File’ → ‘Open Data Folder’ → ‘MQL4’ → ‘Experts’ folder, and place the ex4 file inside. Once done, close MT4 and restart it. Then, go to the upper menu ‘Tools’ → ‘Options’, and under ‘Expert Advisors’, ensure ‘Allow automated trading’ and ‘Allow DLL imports’ are checked, then press OK to close.
The necessary currency pair and time frame for the correct operation of the EA are specified on the EA sales page. Refer to this information and open the chart of the correct currency pair time frame (e.g., USDJPY5M for a USD/Yen 5-minute chart).
Within the menu navigator, under ‘Expert Advisors’, you will find the EA file name you placed earlier. Click to select it, then drag & drop it directly onto the chart to load the EA. Alternatively, you can double-click the EA name to load it onto the selected chart.
If ‘Authentication Success’ appears in the upper left of the chart, the authentication has been successful. To operate the EA, you need to keep your PC running 24 hours. Therefore, either disable the automatic sleep function or host MT4 on a VPS and operate the EA.

About the Size of Trading Lots
In Forex trading, the size of a lot is usually:
1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units
For USD/JPY, 1 lot would mean holding 100,000 dollars.
The margin required to hold lots is determined by the leverage set by the Forex broker.
If the leverage is 25 times, the margin required to hold 10,000 currency units of USD/JPY would be:
10000*109 (※ at a rate of 109 yen per dollar) ÷ 25 = 43,600 yen.
1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units
