Installation procedure for MT5 EA (Expert Advisor) and MT5 indicator

Step 1: Download
Click [Download Products] on My Page to display the download list page for the products you purchased. Click on the product you want to download.
The details page will be displayed below. Click the [Product File] button to download the product.
For products with new web authentication, the fields for entering account number and selecting broker have been removed, and "Unregistered" is displayed.
Step 2: Extracting the Downloaded Files
Extract the downloaded file (zip file). For products that are subject to new web authentication, the structure consists of a folder and an ex5 file directly under the zip folder as shown in the figure below. The ex5 file name at the end of the zip folder includes about 8 alphanumeric characters, which are necessary for the new web authentication, so please do not change or delete it. The folder may contain various files, including Indicators folder, Libraries folder, PDF files, and DLL files, besides the ex5 file. Please follow the seller's instructions regarding the installation of DLL files.
Step 3: Installing EA and Indicator Files
【Installing EA】 ① Launch MT5 (MetaTrader 5). Double-click the icon.
② Click [File] → [Open Data Folder] at the top left of the MT5 screen.
③ A window will appear as shown below. Double-click [MQL5].
④ Double-click [Experts].
⑤ Place the ex5 file from Step 2 inside [Adviser] in [Experts].
⑥ If there are files in the Indicators or Libraries folders, place those files in the same folder within [MQL5].
If there are any other files that require installation, please place them in the folder specified by the seller.
The installation of the EA is now complete. Close this folder and proceed to Step 4.
【Installing Indicators】
① Launch MT5 (MetaTrader 5). Double-click the icon.
② Click [File] → [Open Data Folder] at the top left of the MT5 screen.
③ A window will appear as shown below. Double-click [MQL5].
④ Double-click [Indicators].
⑤ Place the ex5 file from Step 2 inside [Examples] in [Indicators].
⑥ If there are files in the Libraries folder, place those files in the same folder within [MQL5].
If there are any other files that require installation, please place them in the folder specified by the seller.
The installation of the indicator is now complete. Close this folder and proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: MT5 Settings
① Click [Tools] → [Options] at the top of the MT5 screen.
② A window will appear as shown below. Check "Allow automated trading" and "Allow DLL imports" in the [Expert Advisors] tab, then click [OK] and restart MT5.
Step 5: Applying EA
【Applying EA】 ① Click the "+" mark in the [Adviser] section of the [Expert Advisors (EA)] in the MT5 [Navigator] window.
② A list of EAs will be displayed. Drag and drop (or double-click) the EA you installed in Step 3 onto the chart.
③ A window will appear as shown below. Click [OK].
For EAs that can configure parameters, you can set them on this screen. Please refer to the product manual or GogoJungle product page for necessary settings. Parameters can be changed later as well.
④ If authentication is successful, "Authentication Success: by GogoJungle" will be displayed in the [Expert] tab inside the [Toolbox] at the bottom left of the chart. If the EA is enabled and trading automatically, the icon at the top right of the chart will turn green as shown in the figure below. If you encounter authentication failure or an error, please refer to 【List of Authentication Error Messages】.
The application of the EA is now complete.
【Applying Indicators】
① Click the "+" mark in the [Indicators] (also shown as [Indicator] etc.) in the MT5 [Navigator] window.
② A list of indicators will be displayed. Drag and drop (or double-click) the indicator you installed in Step 3 onto the chart.
③ A window will appear as shown below. Click [OK].
For indicators that can configure parameters, you can set them on this screen. Please refer to the product manual or GogoJungle product page for necessary settings. Parameters can be changed later as well.
④ If authentication is successful, "Authentication Success: by GogoJungle" will be displayed in the [Expert] tab inside the [Toolbox] at the bottom left of the chart. Indicators do not show a face icon at the top right of the chart.
If authentication fails or an error occurs, please refer to 【List of Authentication Error Messages】.
The application of the indicator is now complete.
How to Reset Web Authentication (Account Change)
① After stopping the EA and indicators running on MT4, click the reset button on the download details screen to clear the account information. * Please note that promotional campaign products cannot be reset.
② After resetting, it will return to an unregistered state.
Please operate on the MT4 you want to change to. Re-downloading the product file is unnecessary.
