How do you use the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo? Some use the Leading Span (cloud) as resistance, some use the three signals (three lines) turn as signals of bullish or bearish reversals, and so on. However, those common usages merely pick out one property of the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo, and in terms of its essential meaning, they can be somewhat misaligned.
