From November 21, 2018Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association (JVCEA)andDispute Resolution Centerhave concluded an agreement regardingthe ADR for disputes arising from applicants concerning cryptocurrency exchange services.

This appears to be based on requests concerning complaint handling and dispute resolution described in the Financial Services Agency materials under “Overview of self-regulation in cryptocurrency exchanges.”
