April 19 (Wed): Nikkei 225 vs. USD/JPY (Course: Verification is basic practice)
Good morning ☀
I’m going to write because I received questions about verification.
I have written about verification several times before,
so I hope you will check that as well.

Verification (Continuation) ※ Explanation of how to verify
https://www.gogojungle.co.jp/finance/navi/articles/42130
If you read these two articles, you should be able to understand to a certain extent.
・What is verification?
・Why do we verify?
・How to verify
If you understand these well, it will greatly affect your future trading performance, so be sure to grasp them.
Verification is『practice』as written in the above articles.
『Practice』includes a range from basic practice to real-world practice, but
I consider it『basic training』.
Professional baseball players also
practice their swings.
They check their swing in a mirror.
Even elementary school students can be asked to roll the ball with a simple hand to check grounders.
All of these are‘basic training’.
Professional golfers are the same.
They practice their swings.
They check the swing with a golf club in a mirror, not with a bat.
They do not swing a driver wildly;
most practice is spent on small swings like swing checks and approaches.
Shinji Katayama, who has an unlimited seed (status) is very stoic
and when staying at training camps, reportedly performs only approach practice (small swings) for 1–2 weeks.
Professional players also‘value basic training’very highly.
In the past, the fund trader I respected, who managed hundreds of billions of yen,
used to day-trade, but he said he allocates time for practice every morning.
He said it was to test that day's feel, but,
he would practice entering with the minimum lot size several times.
After that, he said he would start with the real lot around the London time.
Professional traders also‘practice basics’every day.
Everyone, every day, at some point in the week,‘practice basics’do you practice?
Like fund traders, you can allocate time for practice during the quieter Tokyo session.
Or dedicate 30 minutes before commuting.
Or spend an hour before sleep on practice.
Or use the weekend when the market is not moving much for practice.
If you want, you can make time.
Please try to allocate at least a little time‘basic training’.
If you want to earn seriously and keep doing so…
