[U.S. Stocks] Continuous daily record highs
Hello, this is Lehman (@Lehman1980).
Back after the previous article, it has been three weeks. (Source of heading:CNN)
As June begins, the prospect of higher stock prices appears to be strengthening, and for the first time in a month, on the 10th and 11th, the market closed at successive all-time highs.

Technology remains buoyant, mainly large-cap and semiconductors, and the real estate sector is also rising.
Among major holdings, T remains soft.
U.S. stock holdings
This is the SBI Securities account summary. (Close of June 13)
Unrealized gains amount to $12,533, down about $500 from the previous article.
This is because I took profits on about 20% of VT, so before taking profits, there were gains of over $14,000.
Cumulative net gains including realized losses and dividends are about +$13,600.
Finally, I have brought the accumulated realized losses since last year to zero and turned them into a profit.
Stock holdings are about $87,000, with liquid assets such as MMF totaling about $38,000, making the ratio 69:31.
Buy: VT (702→730→580→673), PFF (350→400), FSLY (20→50→20), AAPL (5)
Sell: NFLX (1→2→0), T (160→0)
NFLX moved sluggishly, so I sold it.
If I had bought NVDA, it would have risen by more than 15% and set a 52-week high?
T was likewise sold, and I’ve increased buys of PFF instead.
I’ve re-entered FSLY and AAPL, but movements in price are affecting me.
Now, personal news: I have re-entered the workforce in June.
When I left last year, I planned to become a full-time landlord.
However, through the vocational training process, I started job hunting and
I was able to move to a larger company in the same industry than before.
Therefore, for the time being, I expect to be busy both personally and professionally, so
updates will be irregular from now on.
Thank you for sticking with me until now.
