Movement to issue and utilize vaccination certificates

- The issuance and use of vaccine certificates is spreading worldwide.
There is a aim to normalize economic activity while reducing infection risk, with expectations from companies as well.
Japan will issue certificates first for incoming travelers this summer to bolster business exchanges.
