Movement to issue and utilize vaccination certificates

- The issuance and use of vaccine certificates is spreading worldwide.
There is a aim to normalize economic activity while reducing infection risk, with expectations from companies as well.
Japan will issue certificates first for incoming travelers this summer to bolster business exchanges.
The European Union (EU) will start operations from July toward easing movement within the region.
