Approximately half a month since March 18
The Nikkei Stock Average rose for the third consecutive day, recovering to the 30,000 level.
The U.S. March employment report released at the end of last week showed an improvement that exceeded market expectations,
boosting sentiment from after-hours trading in the U.S.
In the morning, the Nikkei briefly rose to 30,195 yen, up 341 yen.
Subsequently, selling to wait for a pullback appeared, but it held around 30,100 yen.
The 30,000 level recovery was about a half month since March 18.
The Mothers index opened higher, briefly fell into negative territory, then moved back into positive territory after 2 p.m.
