～搭載AIの特徴～
①あえて過酷な条件で学習させた、タフなAI
本EAは最新の最適化アルゴリズムによって学習・構築したモデルをもとに売買を実施します。
学習には22年間分のヒストリカルデータを使用し、堅牢性を担保した学習を実施しました。
また、学習では変動制のスプレッドを採用していますが、スプレッドの最低値を3pipsに設定することであえて過酷な環境を再現し
どのような相場でも耐えられるようなEAに仕上げています。
②学習の評価基準
AIの学習では、「どのようなEAが良いEAなのか」という評価基準を与えてあげる必要があります。
例えば「勝率」を評価基準とした場合は、勝率が高くなるように学習を進めるのですが、勝率だけを重視すると
「1戦1勝0負」のような極端なスコアが評価されてしまうことになります。
そこで本EAは、主に以下の要素を重要視するような複合的な評価指標を構築し学習を実施しました。
1.総獲得pips
基本の軸となる評価指標です。
結局のところEAで最も重要な項目は「いかに利益を伸ばすことができるか」です。
そのためAIの学習の基本の軸は獲得した利益を設定しています。
2.プロフィットファクター
プロフィットファクター(総利益÷総損失)も最も重要な要素の1つです。
PFが小さいということは総損失も大きくなるということです。
PFが小さいと、特定の短期間を抽出すると負け越す場合がある、などリスクも増加します。
そこでPFが高いほど良いEAであると学習させています。
3.最大DD
最大ドローダウンもEAの安定性において重要な指標です。
最大DDは「決済した瞬間のDDのうち最も大きかったもの」ではなく
「決済した瞬間だけでなく、ポジション保有中も含めたDDのうち最も大きかったもの」として計算しています。
つまり本当の意味でDDを避けるようなロジックを構築してくれるのです。
4.時間効率性
こちらは一般的な指標ではありませんが、安定性を重視するためにオリジナルで導入した指標です。
時間効率性とは、「ポジションを保有していた時間に対してどれだけの利益を上げることができたか」
を計算した指標であり、この時間効率性が高くなるように学習しています。
ナンピン型や高勝率型のEAによく見られがちなのですが、損切りをギリギリまで回避して利益がでるまでポジションを塩漬け状態にする傾向にあります。
この指標は「ポジションの塩漬け」を回避するのに大きく役立ちます。
③過学習の防止
AI開発で最も気を付けなくてはならないことが過学習です。
過学習とは、学習時のヒストリカルデータに適応しすぎてしまい、新しいデータに対しては全く対応できないような学習のことです。
見かけ上のバックテストはよくなるのですが、実際に運用するとダメダメな結果になります。
特にFXのようなランダムな要素を多く含んだタスクにおいては過学習が起こりやすくなります。
そこで本EAは全ヒストリカルデータを用いて学習を行うのではなく、学習用と検証用のデータに分ける、いわゆるバリデーションを採用しています。
AIが学習する際は学習用データのみを用い、過学習が行われていないかどうかを検証用のデータで確認するわけです。
本EAではさらに検証用データとテスト用データの2つに分けて、2段階のテストを実施しています。
つまり掲載しているバックテストの後半(緑の部分)は、AIが知らない未知のデータに対する結果ということになります。(全データのうち約7%が未知のデータです)
④MT4とAIの接続方法
本EAでは簡易化したAIモデルを内蔵しております。
この特徴から、一般的なEAと比較してバックテストにかかる時間が少し長くなっており、メインのex4ファイルのサイズも大きくなっています。
EAの導入自体は簡単であり、数分で完結しますのでご安心ください。
～バックテスト結果紹介～
バックテストは変動制スプレッドでテスト可能なTickDataSuiteのデータを使用しています。
限りなく本番環境に近いヒストリカルデータであり、モデルの品質も99％と非常に高くなっています。
以下は初期証拠金100万円、0.1ロット固定でテストを実施した結果です。
①コツコツドカンの回避
最大DDが2.94%と非常に低い値をマークしています。
また平均勝ちトレードが1046円、平均負けトレードが1716円と、負けトレードの方が大きいものの
リスクリワードが0.61と、一度の損切りでこれまで積み上げた利益を一度に失うことをなく安定して利益を積み上げるように設計されています。
②高PF・高勝率・高取引回数
また本EAは「高PF・高勝率・高取引回数」という素晴らしい特徴を持っています。
PFは7.84、勝率は92.78％、取引回数は6819回と、AIによる学習だからこそ実現できる数値を誇っています。
取引回数は月当たりに換算すると平均して25回トレードを実施する計算になります。
～取引ロジック～
ロジックは完全にAIに任せるのではなく、これまで開発したEAのノウハウとAIの性能をミックスして開発しました。
基本的なロジックは逆張りのスキャルピングですが、細かい判定はAIによって実施されます。

～選べる3つのモード～
本EAはパラメータから「小さな利益狙いモード」「通常モード」「大きな利益狙いモード」の3つのモードを選択可能です。(デフォルトは「通常モード」)
「小さな利益狙いモード」にすると、「通常モード」よりも小さな利幅で決済を実施するようになります。勝率は高く安定しますが、獲得利益が少なくなります。
「大きな利益狙いモード」にすると、「通常モード」よりも大きな利幅で決済を実施するようになります。
利益がでるまで待つため取引回数が減り最大DDも大きくなりやすいですが、より大きな利益を狙うことができます。

～複利機能搭載～
以下に複利機能を使用したバックテスト結果を添付します。
複利なしバージョンと比較がしやすいように、1ポジション目は0.1ロットでエントリーがされるようにパラメータを変更しています。
22年間のバックテストの結果100万円から4億5900万円まで資金を伸ばすことができています。
また特筆すべき点として、最大DDが「4.85％」と非常に低い値になっています。
これは22年間を通して損切り額が安定しているため、複利機能をONにしてもそこまで影響を受けずにすんでいるからです。

Q.使用環境のスペックはどれくらい推奨ですか？
A.メモリ3GB以上のPCやVPSが推奨です
AIを搭載していますが学習済みのモデルを使用するため高スペックな環境は必要ありません
Q.このEAは機械学習を実施するのでしょうか？
A.本EAは機械学習(AI)によって構築されたモデル(学習の結果)が含まれています。
MT4上でリアルタイムで機械学習が行われるわけではありません。

デフォルトで最大3つのポジションを保有するようになっていますが、細かい値動きで逆行した際の調整として軽微なナンピンを実施します
Q.バックテストの結果の通りになりますか？
A.本EAは過去の結果だけ良くなる、いわゆる過学習を徹底的に回避するように学習を実施しておりますが、
特定の期間においてはマイナスになる場合もあり、未来の取引結果について断言することができかねます

Q.複利機能はどのように計算されますか？
A.複利機能は余剰証拠金のリスク(％)の金額でエントリーすることができるロット数が自動でセットされます
例えば余剰証拠金が100万円、パラメータのリスクが1％のとき、1万円の金額でエントリー可能な最大ロット数がセットされます
いくつのロット数でエントリーが実施されるのかはMT4のエキスパートに表示されるため、ご確認ください

Just like discretionary trading, there are those that decide trading and settlement timings by combining indicators, those that repeatedly buy or sell at certain price (pips) intervals, and trading methods that utilize market anomalies or temporal features. The variety is as rich as the methods in discretionary trading.
To categorize simply,
・Scalping (Type where trades are completed within a few minutes to a few hours),
・Day Trading (Type where trades are completed within several hours to about a day),
・Swing Trading (Type where trades are conducted over a relatively long period of about 1 day to 1 week)
・Grid/Martingale Trading (Holding multiple positions at equal or unequal intervals and settling all once a profit is made. Those that gradually increase the lot number are called Martingale.)
・Anomaly EA (Mid-price trading, early morning scalping)
However, a substantial advantage of automated trading is its ability to limit and predict risks beforehand.

Inherent to forex trading are the trading risks that undeniably exist in automated trading as well.
・Lot Size Risk
Increasing the lot size forcibly due to a high winning rate can, in rare instances, depending on the EA, lead to substantial Pips loss when a loss occurs. It is crucial to verify the SL Pips and the number of positions held before operating with an appropriate lot.
・Rapid Market Fluctuation Risk
There are instances where market prices fluctuate rapidly due to index announcements or unforeseen news. System trading does not account for such unpredictable market movements, rendering it incapable of making decisions on whether to settle in advance or abstain from trading. As a countermeasure, utilizing tools that halt the EA based on indicator announcements or the VIX (fear index) is also possible.

・Operates 24 hours a day
If there is an opportunity, system trading will execute trades on your behalf consistently. It proves to be an extremely convenient tool for those unable to allocate time to trading.
・Trades dispassionately without being swayed by emotions
There is an absence of self-serving rule modifications, a common human tendency, such as increasing the lot size after consecutive losses in discretionary trading or, conversely, hastily securing profits with minimal gains.
・Accessible for beginners
To engage in Forex trading, there is no prerequisite to study; anyone using system trading will achieve the same results.
[Disadvantages]
・Cannot increase trading frequency at will
Since system trading operates based on pre-programmed conditions, depending on the type of EA, it might only execute trades a few times a month.
・Suitability may vary with market conditions
Depending on the trading type of the EA, there are periods more suited to trend trading and periods more suited to contrarian trading, making consistent results across all periods unlikely. While the previous year might have yielded good results, this year's performance might not be as promising, necessitating some level of discretion in determining whether it is an opportune time to operate.
・MT4 (MetaTrader 4. An account needs to be opened with a Forex company that offers MT4.)
・EA (A program for automated trading)
・The operating deposit required to run the EA
・A PC that can run 24 hours or a VPS (Virtual Private Server), where a virtual PC is hosted on a cloud server to run MT4.
Additionally, there are both demo and real accounts available. You can experience trading with virtual money by applying for a demo account. After opening a real account, you select the connection server assigned by the Forex broker, enter the password, and log in to the account.
When you deposit money into your account using the method specified by the forex broker, the funds will be reflected in your MT4 account, and you can trade.
Firstly, download the purchased EA file from your My Page on GogoJungle. You will download a zip (compressed) file, so right-click to extract it and retrieve the file named ‘◯◯◯ (EA name)_A19GAw09 (any 8 alphanumeric characters).ex4’ from inside.
Next, launch MT4 and navigate to ‘File’ → ‘Open Data Folder’ → ‘MQL4’ → ‘Experts’ folder, and place the ex4 file inside. Once done, close MT4 and restart it. Then, go to the upper menu ‘Tools’ → ‘Options’, and under ‘Expert Advisors’, ensure ‘Allow automated trading’ and ‘Allow DLL imports’ are checked, then press OK to close.
The necessary currency pair and time frame for the correct operation of the EA are specified on the EA sales page. Refer to this information and open the chart of the correct currency pair time frame (e.g., USDJPY5M for a USD/Yen 5-minute chart).
Within the menu navigator, under ‘Expert Advisors’, you will find the EA file name you placed earlier. Click to select it, then drag & drop it directly onto the chart to load the EA. Alternatively, you can double-click the EA name to load it onto the selected chart.
If ‘Authentication Success’ appears in the upper left of the chart, the authentication has been successful. To operate the EA, you need to keep your PC running 24 hours. Therefore, either disable the automatic sleep function or host MT4 on a VPS and operate the EA.
If you want to use it with an account other than the authenticated one, you need to reset the registered account.
To reset the account, close the MT4 where the Web authentication is registered, then go to My Page on GogoJungle > Use > Digital Contents > the relevant EA > press the ‘Reset’ button for the registration number, and the registered account will be released.
When the account is in a reset state, using the EA with another MT4 account will register a new account.
Also, you can reset the account an unlimited number of times.
→ Items to Check When EA is Not Operating
1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units
For USD/JPY, 1 lot would mean holding 100,000 dollars.
The margin required to hold lots is determined by the leverage set by the Forex broker.
If the leverage is 25 times, the margin required to hold 10,000 currency units of USD/JPY would be:
10000*109 (※ at a rate of 109 yen per dollar) ÷ 25 = 43,600 yen.
・Risk-Return Ratio: Total Profit and Loss during the period ÷ Maximum Drawdown
・Maximum Drawdown: The largest unrealized loss during the operation period
・Maximum Position Number: This is the maximum number of positions that the EA can theoretically hold at the same time
・TP (Take Profit): The set profit-taking Pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・SL (Stop Loss): The set maximum loss pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・Trailing Stop: Instead of settling at a specified Pips, once a certain profit is made, the settlement SL is raised at a certain interval (towards the profit), maximizing the profit. It is a method of settlement.
・Risk-Reward Ratio (Payoff Ratio): Average Profit ÷ Average Loss
・Hedging: Holding both buy and sell positions simultaneously (Some FX companies also have types where hedging is not allowed)
