"Even if the world were to end tomorrow, I would plant an apple tree today" (Martin Luther (German theologian))
Separated from the Roman Catholic Church, the central figure of the Protestant Reformation
is Martin Luther (1483–1546).
In English translation, it sounds like this.
Even if I knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree.
There seem to be various interpretations of the thoughts behind these words.
Personally, I remember being impressed by it as a beautiful way of living.
“I want to create an EA that uses compound interest to break through from a small amount to billions.”
That might be my apple tree (hope) as well.
So I would like to be able to say that and die.
Even if the world ends tomorrow, I will continue to create EAs today.
See you next time.
