We will base risk calculations on this.

As a Nanpin & Martingale EA, 0.1⇒0.2⇒0.4 … we hold positions in a multiplying fashion and end with a profitable settlement.SL is set shallow and safe at 40 pips.If the first position hits stop loss, the lot size for the next position is entered with a lot equal to the maximum of the currently held positions.

(Example)
If the first position is set to 0.01 lot, we hold 0.01→0.02→0.04 totaling 0.07 lots, andthe maximum possible total lot size is, 0.04 lots × 3 positions = 0.12 lots.

Thus, we calculate assuming a maximum of 0.12 lots.

EUR/USD is calculated on a yen base using the euro-yen price. The intermediate formulas are the same as before, so omitted, but

when 1 euro is 170 yen, 0.12 lots require
a margin of 81,600 yen.

Adding the maximum drawdown of about 47,000 yen gives 128,600 yen.
With leverage of 25x, 128,600 yen barely covers 0.01 lot,

and individual risk tolerance will be as in previous discussions.
