Even while losing repeatedly, continuing the test without care [Yu Kimori]
Last week I lost quite a bit.

→ Take profit at 60 pips, stop loss at 50 pips, set as OCO
→ Do not trade when the daily Heikin-Ashi is a doji, or when the body is short
■ Notes
・Do not hold more than 3 positions at the same time
・Do not hold multiple positions in the same direction within 50 pips
・Trades are limited to once per day
■ Other
・Within the article, “○ = profit taking” and “× = stop loss.”
・The initial trading rule is explained as “‘Starting coin toss trades that had always interested me’
・For the latest rules, please check the most recent article.
・This trade started with a rule of buying on the coin toss face and selling on the back, but at some point it began to decide buy/sell based on the color of the Heikin-Ashi. However, since it continues from the original idea, the name coin toss remains unchanged.

Total: 32 trades so far! And −390 pips!
Personally, I think the sample is still small and judgment of the method’s quality isn’t ready. I’ll keep accumulating regardless!
Backtesting yielded different results than expected
I had the Heikin-Ashi trading signals I’m working on tested on 4-hour and 1-hour charts for about three years of data. The results were disappointing!
When the Profit Factor (PF - total losses ÷ total profits) is 1 or less in certain times, those are the losing periods. Simply reducing profit targets and stop-loss widths does not make short-timeframe Heikin-Ashi work. On daily charts the backtest looks good ☆
Thus, discrepancies between theory and actual backtest results are part of the fascination of FX for me.
Regarding swap and leverage accounts, DMMFX’s payment swap has decreased from −32 yen to −31 yen. This increases daily payoff to 60 yen, totaling 1,140 yen per day.
Bonus
Bought a gold-framed, tortoiseshell-style glasses!
They dramatically change the impression, and are my current favorites♪
