The Giant Falls... Hirose-Tsūshō's AUD/JPY Buy Fixed Swap Ends [Yuu Kiri]
Last week there were no reversals in the Heikin-Ashi for all five days, so there were no trades. On Monday, April 8, the chart-checking time was delayed, but anyway the entry conditions were not satisfied.
This time I also took a screenshot exactly at 23:00, so I’m posting it.
【Trading Rules】Euro-Dollar Late-Night Trade
■ Currency pair: EUR/USD
■ Timeframe: 1-hour
■ Trading rules：
- Open the EUR/USD chart at 23:00, and enter only if the 1-hour Heikin-Ashi of the 22:00 hour shows a reversal
- Bearish candle to bullish candle: buy; bullish candle to bearish candle: sell
- Take profit at +100 pips, stop loss at -50 pips using OCO (One Cancels the Other)
■ Backtest results from the past two years show a clean upward trend

Don't panic when the market is not moving
I still hold the long position opened on April 1. I happened to witness that this long position might soon hit take profit (laugh).
Let's wait calmly and patiently. When the net is slightly positive, it gives a sense of ease, like this.
This is how coin-trade feels.
It’s still quite a challenge to keep a positive balance (laugh).
Finally, AUD/JPY collapsed...
There was a big change in hedging and carry. Osaka-based Hirose Trade’s fixed swap for AUD/JPY, which had been steadfast, finally moved to a variable swap.
As a result, my daily profit dropped to about 330 yen.
Furthermore, because DMM FX’s margin maintenance rate fell below 250%, I transferred 500,000 yen from Hirose to DMM FX.
Hirose discontinued fixed swaps for NZD/JPY last year, so I suspected AUD/JPY would be next. So, the moment finally arrived.
I have a friend who does carry trades on USD/JPY, and I briefly considered doing it too, but I gave up. Once a trend starts in USD/JPY, it’s easier to continue, so moving funds would be tough. Therefore, more cash is required than for AUD/JPY.
Profits have shrunk considerably, but I’ll keep hedging and think about the next move.
