Today, I’ll relate discretionary trading and FX auto trading to romance to make it more relatable.

In the context of romance, the features of trading may become easier to understand.

Discretionary trading is “romance that seduces the chart each time”

Discretionary trading is like “seducing” the real-time chart every time.

As the market is said to be a living thing, chart patterns do not exist exactly the same as in the past; you must perform environmental recognition and situational judgment each moment and decide, “this market should be approached this way.”

In terms of romance, you change your words and approaches depending on the partner, and act while considering the appropriate behavior for each moment.

For some, this is an enjoyable process; for others who are not good at it, the hurdles may be high and feel bothersome.

FX auto trading is “romance that progresses on a theory, automatically”

On the other hand, FX auto trading (EA) is easier to understand when thought of like this.

It’s like programming beforehand a theory that “in this situation, saying this will generally work well.” This allows the EA to automatically carry out the appropriate approach in real time.

Furthermore, scalping corresponds to “people who excel at small, thoughtful care,” and trend following to “reliable people who give a sense of security”; both are important in romance, and in FX, combining both in a portfolio can enhance effectiveness.

Even if you’re bad at romance, you can earn with FX auto trading

Just as someone awkward in romance can still succeed if a proper theory is prepared, FX auto trading moves according to programmed rules, so those who lack confidence in discretionary trading still have a chance to earn.

In other words, even if discretionary trading isn’t going well, there is plenty of potential to succeed with FX auto trading.

Different knowledge and wisdom, but a familiar approach

The knowledge and know-how required for FX auto trading differ in some respects from discretionary trading, but if you understand approaches suited to each, anyone can seize the opportunity.

Thinking this way, FX auto trading feels much more approachable, doesn’t it?
