1. Listen to people who tradeFX
FX is usually a solitary pursuit, so perspectives can become narrow. Especially when you’re not doing well, you may feel you’re the only one losing, which heavily affects your mind.
To prevent this, listening to other traders is effective. If you have FX acquaintances, that’s best; if not, you can参考 experiences from traders who publish on SNS or blogs.
Hearing about others’ failures and successes can make you feel “I’m not alone,” broaden your view, and provide new insights.
2. Do not aim for perfect trades
FX markets move like living beings and can behave unpredictably. Even the best traders cannot avoid unexpected losses.
The important thing is not to try to make every single trade perfect. FX aims to accumulate overall profit. Even if one trade incurs a loss, if the next trade yields greater profit, the result is overall positive.
By adopting a mindset of “don’t chase perfection, but choose the best option repeatedly,” you can stabilize your mind and steadily accumulate profit.
3. Proactively create time when you do not trade
FX can be traded 24 hours, so it’s easy to get absorbed. However, if you’re too focused on the market and daily life suffers, it can negatively affect your mental state and impair calm decision-making.
Therefore, set rules such as “do not look at the chart during this time,” and deliberately create non-trading periods. With boundaries, concentration improves, and trading becomes more efficient and calm.
