my perspective has begun to change.
I’ve become more positive about earning and growing money than before.
First, realistically, becoming wealthy is difficult while remaining in an employee position.
Even as a side business, it is possible to steadily increase income through EA management, but
I feel it is essential to start one's own business in some form.
The path to wealth is decided by whom you work with
When starting a business, the most important thing is “what kind of people you work with.”
As an employee, just completing assigned tasks earned you passing marks, but
as a self-employed person, you must create and bring in work yourself.
And in most cases, you can’t complete everything alone; you need to collaborate with others.
To build a long-lasting business relationship, mutual trust is essential.
You can’t work with someone who will run off with your money.
Being self-employed makes it clear that “who you partner with” is a major key to success.
On the path to true wealth
As a result, I believe the following conditions define someone who is truly wealthy:
- Remain wealthy for a lifetime
- Be a person of character and trustworthy
Even after becoming wealthy, those who continue to meet these conditions are probably true riches.
