Scams by unscrupulous operators and how to evaluate EAs
There are many unscrupulous operators who claim you can make easy money and simply show “proof of massive profits” with screenshots.
These operators often exaggerate short-term results and do not explain the EA’s underlying logic or justification.
Therefore, it’s difficult for the general public to judge whether such an EA is truly good.
In my case, I publish backtests and the details of the logic within a reasonable scope.
To know the true value of an EA, it’s important to perform backtests using historical market data and judge from those results.
Please be cautious of EAs that lack such transparency.
Be careful of excessive expectations
You may see ads like “This EA will absolutely make 1 million yen every month!”, but there are no such guarantees in reality.
The market always fluctuates, and it is very hard for any single EA to win continuously.
My EA aims for stable performance after many years of backtesting and live operation, but I have no certainty about future market conditions.
Risk management is more important than win rate or returns
To succeed in FX, risk management is more important than win rate or returns.
For example, if you don’t operate with proper lot sizing, even with a high win rate you can lose capital in a single large drawdown.
This is like putting too much detergent in a washing machine, making a foamy mess.
Sticking to the right amount is the key to success in both FX and washing clothes.
My stance
In the FX industry, there are many operators who appear clean on the surface but deceive customers in reality.
My credo in EA development is to provide strategies that are honest, long-term, and profitable.
Therefore, I value transparent information disclosure and clear explanations of the theories underlying the EA.
Finally
If you’re considering FX trading, please pay attention to information transparency and risk management methods.
With proper knowledge, I’d be glad to help you protect your assets in FX and achieve some profit.
