This series has been written with the aim of posting every day since last year.
Probably we have continued for almost a year now!
If you read what I’ve written so far,

When I need to shift my mindset, I try to think like this:
1. “Back then, that was the best I could do.”
The reason past failures happened is that at that time, I had no choice but to make that decision. Within that knowledge and experience,that was the best judgment. Therefore,be kind to yourself and accept that back then you did your best.
2. “A sign of growth.”
Looking back on past failures and thinking “I should have done X” shows that you’ve already learned something from the failure and grown.If you haven’t grown at all, you wouldn’t be able to reflect.Therefore, remembering failures is evidence of growth, and you should be confident.
3. “Gradually ease the pain.”
It may be difficult to completely forget the past, but I think you can ease the mental pain a little. Simply convincing yourself that “there was nothing else I could do for my past self” canlighten the burden on your heart.
Even if you don’t solve everything at once, if you can be a little more positive, that’s enough.
4. “The future can be changed.”
The past cannot be changed, butthe future is still blank. Therefore,it is important to learn from past mistakes and move toward the future. By not clinging to the past and thinking about how to improve next time, you can change your future with your own hands.
Whether in trading or in life, we are always growing. Learn from past failures and use them as fuel for the next step. I believe this leads to success in FX and in life.
