Probably we have continued for about a year now!
If you read what has been written so far,
I believe you’ll come closer to better EA management.
And since I’d like to take a short break,
I will continue posting by leveraging the power of ChatGPT.
Occasionally, I will post irregularly as in the past.

Today may or may not be interesting (laugh), but I’d like to share a story like this.
The Pitcher’s Straight and the EA’s Logic
Let’s take baseball pitchers as an example; even a straight throw can vary slightly to strike out a batter.
That is actually similar to EA operation.
Trading results that change with oscillator differences
For example, if you change a RSI-based logic to something like Stochastic or Williams %R (WPR),
the entry timing changes subtly.
And just by changing the entry timing,
the outcome of that trade can become more likely to be positive or negative.
In other words, by changing the oscillator you create a portfolio effect, and even EA that look similar can yield different results.
That’s the point.
Even anomaly-based EAs can be effective
The same can be said for anomaly-based EAs.
For example there is an anomaly called “Goto Day Buy,” but even on the same goto day,
depending on whether you buy that day or from the day before, profits can be positive or negative.
As you can see, simply differing entry timing can have portfolio effects.
Management that leverages entry timing
Especially with anomaly-based EAs, many times the exact entry minute and second are predetermined,
so some sophisticated operators decide whether to run the EA by matching the market conditions at that timing.
There are people who do this advanced management.
In practice,
there are those who construct a portfolio of several anomaly-based EAs with different entry timings and operate them efficiently.
Summary
In the world, many people succeed in EA operation by carefully considering various factors.
Even small differences in entry timing can create portfolio effects, so
reviewing your portfolio with this in mind is a good approach.
There are many learnings in this field, so please try many things!
