How to Use SNS – Is there any meaning in joining pointless open chats?
Hello, I’m Reiwa's Double-E, a FX automated trading and EA developer.
Today, I’d like to talk a little about how to use SNS.
No matter the SNS, even if it’s a closed LINE open chat,
I perceive it as something that someone might screenshot and expose.
In such a situation, my honest impression is that I don’t understand how one could “talk quietly.”
The importance of conducting one’s business honorably
Personally, since I conduct my business openly, I don’t engage in quiet talks.
Of course, I don’t discuss things that violate the law publicly, let alone quietly.
This might be a matter of taste, but it’s something I find hard to understand.
Moreover, even if there are things being discussed behind my back, in reality most of that information does reach me.
Indeed, it’s difficult to keep talks in closed places completely secret.
Aiming for constructive exchange of opinions
Ideally, exchanging constructive opinions is important to improve the industry.
Of course, sometimes venting is necessary, but there is good venting and bad venting.
If venting leads to better results, that’s fine, but otherwise the direction is wrong.
Use time spent in unnecessary open chats meaningfully
If you truly want to grow and get better,
you should avoid participating in useless LINE open chats. Use that time meaningfully.
For example, reading this Investment Navigator+ article, or studying to create your own EA,
such activities are far more meaningful and will help improve your skills and knowledge.
In the end, what you spend your time on matters.
Rather than wasting time on pointless debates on SNS or grumbling in closed environments,
spending time on future skill and knowledge improvement is constructive for you and for the industry.
Summary
SNS and LINE open chats have many uses, but
what matters is how you can contribute to your growth and the industry’s development.
If the goal is constructive exchange of opinions and information sharing, that’s good; but if you’re wasting time, the best is to use that time meaningfully.
