【BTCJPY】How far can the decline from late July recover?
In the post dated September 3rd, titled "[BTCJPY] 50% recovery of the decline since late July," it stated that the major drop had temporarily found a bottom and rebounded to the eight-hundred-thousand-yen range, and furthermore that the roughly 800,000 yen level corresponds to the 50% line when connecting the high of July 25 to the low of August 14 with a Fibonacci retracement. The question going forward is whether it can exceed 61.8%. In reality, the price is moving toward the 61.8% line while forming a bullish candlestick. However, note that this 50%–61.8% range is a “reversal zone,” and if the current move is only a corrective downwave, a further drop would justify a three-wave decline as a possibility.
