The translation (keeping HTML format, no code blocks, unchanged line breaks) is: Eight hundred million traders are doing scalping & [EA version] FX’s unusual hedging
Good morning everyone.
I have replied to all the messages I received from last night through this morning.
If there are any of you who have not yet received a message, please let me know via a message.
* To all users who are ultra trader scalpers and FX unusual hedgers
This Investing Guide Plus would ideally be read every day.
I am writing articles that supplement the manual, so I would like you to apply them in your daily trading activities.
It summarizes what is important in trading.

[Definitive Edition] Ultra Trader Scalping & Unusual Hedging
Bitcoin Trader scalping can be practiced with two methods.
Yesterday I went to Shizuoka Prefecture, Fujinomiya City, from early morning due to my main job.
I couldn’t update Investing Guide Plus, and I apologize for that.
The image of Mount Fuji and the moon in the header is from a little after 5 PM yesterday.
Yesterday was a day when the “Diamond Fuji” could be viewed from the Yamanashi side between 5 PM and 6 PM,
and during that time it was Mount Fuji as seen from the western side of Shizuoka.
(If viewing from Yamanashi, in this image you would be looking from the north side of Mount Fuji, and the moon climbs over the summit with the snow on the peak sparkling along with Mount Fuji as a whole.)
It is the best power-spot image, and I hope it is helpful to everyone.
Why did I head out early to Mount Fuji? We are laying turf on land under development, and since it is nine hectares (the size of two Tokyo Dome stadiums), we cannot level it all at once. I went to inspect to see how the soil leveling and seed germination from six months ago are progressing.
Before
After
It is gradually taking shape, but the construction company is slow, so it is not progressing at the pace I envisioned.
Yesterday I took a shovel myself to fix a section I didn’t like, such as a 100-meter foot bath path that would be viewed with Mount Fuji in the background, which had too narrow a width, and I performed the task myself.
Also, since we are forecasting inbound traffic, the president is currently obtaining a license to drive a large bus himself.
In this region, inbound traffic is forecast from overseas visitors aboard very large ships docking at Shimizu Port, as well as from the Tomei Expressway’s second highway, Shizuoka Airport, Shinkansen, sightseeing buses, and others.
Diamond Princess will also stay for one day and head to Yokohama’s Osanbashi Pier.
To serve such foreign visitors, driving a large bus while stumbling through broken English is the president’s job, I suppose.
Like Otani, I wanted to wear armor and carry a shield, put on white gloves, and try driving.
People around me are laughing a lot.
Also, I’m envisioning an event at Minatomirai Red Brick Warehouse Plaza where, for free, about 100 food-truck style vehicles from across the country would be set up for customers and campers to enjoy—but it’s still “bare ground.”
Perhaps it will be featured in the media someday.
Now, about the market
The image below is yesterday’s USD/JPY one-day chart.
USD/JPY 15-minute chart
The white□ zone indicates movement after a rough intervention, so it’s like an error margin.
Next is the 5-minute chance zone
This is the position zone on the 1-minute chart.
Members who are scalpers of Ultra Traders, please try looking at the above three charts in place of your own.
*The 15-minute chart comes first because an Ultra Trader line can be drawn from the 15-minute chart.
You can see that you can take retracement positions on any chart.
There is no need to use an MTF chart, but it is better to confirm whether you can draw the line or not.
What to watch out for here is that on a 15-minute line the stop loss width is wide, so if possible add lines on the 1-minute chart and monitor them.
Please remember that.
On a different note, the day before yesterday I wrote an article about a Malaysian man,
and I received feedback that this article was quite interesting, even on XDM.
If there are people who are working hard in sales, I think you should directly ask the president of your target company for the secret to making money.
If it suits you, you can start your own business.
I think lending conditions have become tougher since the height of COVID, but with a solid business plan and some working capital, you can still make it work.
Today I’d like to write about my former subordinate from my corporate days, the “Poster Boy.”
To be upfront, if a subordinate of mine during the corporate years wanted to start their own business or leave, it would affect my “assessment,” so I welcomed independence and entrepreneurship, but I should add that staffing afterwards was a big challenge.
One of my former subordinates, K-kun, who was in charge of an advertising agency, later became the Poster Boy.
He would always tell me that the president of Advertising Agency S never did anything, and there were no employees when you go there.
The president S would say, “I don’t own any real estate income…”
If I went there, could you help wash the car, please?
So we washed a Maserati together, then went to Tsukiji Market for a lunch bowl, afterwards to a teahouse for cocoa, and then came back without doing any work.
Why don’t you work?
That’s what the Poster Boy told me, so I told him the same thing I told the Malaysian man.
Why not ask S how to live like a president?
The day after tomorrow, the Poster Boy came to my room after the morning briefing and said he would train at S’s company, then return home to start his own business.
I told him, well, that’s okay, but we aren’t a recruiting company, not a company for pre-entrepreneurship.
*Sorry to those involved with recruiting…
If possible, just retire with about 100 million in savings and do what you like.
(In our company you could always check your retirement pay based on your own compensation.)
I said that to the Poster Boy,
and he started saying things like “I’m going to be…,”
so I told him, you’re not Takakura Ken, don’t say stuff like that.
I was making somewhat pithy remarks about harassment.
The Poster Boy eventually went to train at S’s company, but I told him,
If you make money, build a signboard for me, okay? But he asked, “What kind of signboard is Mr. Mori’s?”
So I replied, it’s obviously a signboard with a photo of my face and a message inviting a bride.
I joked that I’d put it up in front of Matsya Louis Vuitton.
And so, what is the Poster Boy doing now in western Kanagawa Prefecture?
You all often see it while driving
“Guidance signs.”
“Clinic XX, turn right 200m ahead”
“Costco, straight two kilometers ahead”
Those signs standing on people’s yards or vacant lots.
In short, how this signboard makes money is that the Poster Boy visits a house, asks to install a signboard, and closes a contract.
Then the Poster Boy proposes to the head of XX Pediatric Clinic to install a signboard here to help attract new patients and direct them to the clinic.
If this contract is sealed, the Poster Boy visits the XX residence to install the XX Pediatric Clinic signboard, and he oversees all construction management.
XX receives a monthly income of 50,000 yen.
This is how he sells it.
In other words, the XX Pediatric Clinic pays the signboard company 100,000 yen per month in advertising billboard fees, half of which, 50,000 yen, is paid to the house where the signboard is installed, and the remaining 50,000 yen goes to the Poster Boy.
In today’s terms, it’s a subscription model.
If you held 100 of these, the Poster Boy’s company would bring in 5,000,000 yen per month.
*In reality, location and price can vary.
President S conducted this business in the high-priced area of Higashi-Ginza.
The Poster Boy lives near my home and my parents’ home in the central area, so we see each other often, and we surf together in Kugenuma sometimes, making for quite interesting stories.
During COVID, I suggested to him that rural areas don’t even have Uber, so perhaps promoting takeout signs for restaurants could work, which he reported resulted in 10 deals.
This business is relatively low-barrier to entry, so I thought it was easy to join.
Now the Poster Boy still visits S’s company and also talks about trying out signage work in Tokyo.
At the company, they wash a hiace van with daily advertising wraps.
That was the Poster Boy’s story.
Replies to messages I will receive today and tomorrow will be sent after tomorrow night.
The weather looks good this weekend as well.
Please drive safely and have a nice weekend.
