September 15 (Fri): 【Harmonic】 Nikkei 225 VS GOLD (Course: How to discern trading materials - Supplement -)
Good morning☀
Today, I am supplementing what I posted on 9/11 (Mon)“How to judge a product”.
Several people have asked
“How about this product?”
“Is what this person says on Twitter correct?”
.
One of them is
a person explained the “how to draw trend lines” which I will introduce.
Please look at the ?
(To avoid identification, I am using a different chart from the one that was explained)
What was explained was
“A trend line that has been pressed repeatedly works”
“A trend line that has reacted many times is strong!”
and similar ideas.
I think many of you have heard of this too.
But do you think this is correct?
I do not think it is correct at all.
In the chart above, I drew the trend line because it reacted three times, but
how many reactions make it effective, and at which reaction does it break?
I wonder.
Since it reacted a lot, maybe it’s about to break?
Don’t you think so too?
Ultimately, isn’t it a post-hoc theory?
That is what I think.
Therefore, if you use trend lines,
it isn’t about “it worked many times, so it will continue to work!”
If you could draw a trend line by connecting two points, then it might react near the next trend line as well.
That is how you should think.
The future of the market is a world known only to the gods.No one knows.Sobuild scenarios, and if the scenario is consistent with where it hits the trend line, invest your funds there. Will it reverse at the trend line? or not? That’s unclear? That’s all you need to do in the market! It isn’t as simple as that, analyze comprehensively and invest funds toward the more probable outcome. That’s how investing is.Now today, I plan to look at a comparison with ‘GOLD’.(The following content is limited to members.)
