Since transitioning to free-time trading, I hadn't set a daily number of trades, so I lightly developed a Pose-Pose trading mania (sweat).

Therefore, from this week I’ve decided to trade once per day. If at that timing there is a position within 20 pips in the same direction, I will give up that day's entry.

New Coin Toss Trade using Heikin-Ashi

■Currency pairs and timeframes
Show Heikin-Ashi on GBP/JPY daily chart

■Trading rules
→ If the daily Heikin-Ashi is bullish, go long; if bearish, go short
→ Take profit at 100 pips, stop loss at 90 pips, set OCO

■Notes
・Do not hold more than 3 positions at the same time
・Do not hold positions in the same direction if the price difference is within 20 pips
・Trades only once per day

・In the article, “○ = take profit” and “× = stop loss” are used.
・The initial trading rule is explained in, ‘Started coin toss trading that had been on my mind for a long time’.

・This trade started with a rule of buying on the heads side and selling on the tails, but at some point it shifted to determining buy/sell by the color of the Heikin-Ashi. Still, since it originated from the initial idea, the name Coin Toss has not been changed.

As of last week, this method's trade record is 43 wins and 45 losses for a net of +250 pips.

Even though it’s such a simple method, it stays positive, and with 88 forward tests completed, its reliability has improved considerably. With about a 50% win rate approaching, it seems likely to sustain around 50% if continued. Let’s keep going!
