September 1 (Fri): 【Harmonic】 Nikkei 225 VS Bitcoin (Course: Review of formulas)
Good morning☀
It's been a while since my last morning post?
My son's summer vacation is over, and we've returned to our usual routine?
(Finally, he went to school~~~~ε-(´∀`*) Relief)
Now, for a long-awaited lesson,
'Review of Formulas'.
If you still check X (formerly Twitter),
● You don't have to memorize formulas.
● You can trade even if you don’t know the formulas.
are some foolish things that catch my eye?
(I normally don’t look at Twitter timelines, but I had some free time while waiting for a flight, so I checked.)
What about indicators?
Misidentification of indicators ~ The Formulas Edition ~
https://www.gogojungle.co.jp/finance/navi/articles/38557
Please read this as well, as it explains it too.
Does the moving average slope go up or down?
There are too many people who don’t even know that?
Just because the closing price yesterday is higher does not mean the simple moving average (SMA) will point up today?♂️
Misidentification of indicators ~ The Formulas Edition ~
https://www.gogojungle.co.jp/finance/navi/articles/38557
An example introduced here is?
If prices moved from 98 to 102 and today is 101
Yesterday’s 5SMA was 100, today’s 5SMA is 100.6 (formula omitted)
Therefore the closing price from yesterday up to today would cause the 5SMA to rise.
To put it simply…
If 98 is removed from the calculation and 101 is added, in other words,
by comparing the closing prices five days ago and today, you can tell whether it will go up or down.
Currently, in 'The Dysassembly of Bollinger Bands,' the BB parameters are explained as 21.
※ It doesn’t have to be exactly 21.
If it were 5SMA, today is day 0 and you compare with the closing price five days ago.
If it were 21SMA, you would compare with the closing price 21 days prior..
I posted this topic because I received a question.
That question was
「Is it troublesome to always compare with the closing price 21 days ago…」
(´~`)ン━━━━…
Well, this question has come up quite a bit even in the salon days, so I’m not surprised, but…
My honest feeling is
https://www.gogojungle.co.jp/finance/navi/articles/38557
and it is also introduced here
● Lagging span
● Momentum
would be good, right? lol
Please take a look at the Mark.
I drew the Lagging Span and Momentum.
● Lagging Span(yellow line on the main chart)
● Momentum(pink line on the secondary chart)
Thus, if above "0," the SMA will slope upward.
If below "0," the SMA will slope downward.
Iuse Lagging Spanto compare with 21 bars ago.
※ I don’t actually know the original concept and use of Lagging Span in Ichimoku.
I use it to quickly determine where the 21st bar is, so I can think about whether MA will turn in which direction.
Now, to answer the question,
Visually clearer isLagging Span.
Understand the indicator formulas well and
consider which direction MA is likely to move in the future,
and try to improve the scenario accuracy using Bollinger Bands ( ・ㅂ・)و ク゛ッ !
