Japan'sTech Bureau, Corp.and NEM have begun freely publishing the world's first transferable ownership blockchain certificate issuance tool "Apostille," and this positive news has been buzzing around the community.

Overview

In the world of blockchain, many timestamp services exist in various forms. However, most of these services use a simple first-generation system: hash the document to obtain a fingerprint value, then perform a transaction and stamp the fingerprint on the blockchain, creating the timestamp.

Those are one-time fixed transactions, and ultimately they are only stored in blocks so they can be audited later. Such 1.0 timestamps cannot be updated, nor can they be transferred from one owner to another. They provide no added value or advantages. Apostille is the first 2.0 blockchain notarization service, solving these problems and offering new features and business opportunities.
