So-calledRCI triple topAfter rising to the level of the green box, when the short-term RCI (RCI9) declines and then rises again, RCI26 and RCI52 have already started to fall,mBDSR (two RCI lines filtered) sell signallights up as it falls. (Just before the sell signal lights up, it is a bullish candle; immediately after, it is a bearish candle, making the signal timing very good.)
As a result,the signal lights up at the right shoulder of the head and shoulders pattern.
From this example,the head and shouldersandRCI three-linelines andmBDSR signalsshow high affinity.
Also, in this example, placing a stop loss slightly above the most recent high allows forhigh risk-reward trades.
