May 11th (Thu): Nikkei 225 vs. U.S. 10-year Treasury yield (Course: How to succeed in life)
Good morning☼
To succeed in life...
I think success in life is different for everyone,
so what do you imagine when you hear the word success?
Rich?
Luxurious living?
A warm family?
A life where you can devote yourself to what you love?
Ithink that is a life with freedom to adapt to family circumstances.
If your child catches a cold, you take them to the hospital
you drive them to and from lessons
if someone wants to go shopping, you pop in the car
you work when you need to work.
I feel happiness in such a life?
Perhaps because it is the exact opposite of my former days as an head of hospital pharmacy lol
Being the head pharmacist, I was on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year?
Sometimes I’d be called at night,
sometimes I’d rush over by taxi when I was out for drinks…
There was even a case where a nurse lost a medical narcotic and it became a police matter…?
Days when holidays, weekends and national holidays didn’t matter much in the hospital…
My son’s kindergarten sports day too, I had to go in somehow?
I could not spend time with my family at all…??
From such a life, I now feel that the higher degree of freedom is very happy?
Now, in order to succeed…
What are you all doing? Or have you done something?
Nine-tenths of people cannot keep earning through investments.
Nine-tenths cannot become rich.
Nine-tenths are said to become corporate slaves and work themselves to the bone.
Nine-tenths…
Nine-tenths…
What should one do to be in the top 10%?
If you think about it, it seems difficult.
Then, with a reverse thinking
Wouldn’t it be enough not to do what the nine-tenths do?
That is my mindset.
I’m naturally contrary by nature, though, lol
When people were out drinking and playing, I studied.
When people indulged, I saved.
When people spent money on hobbies, I invested.
At first, I tried doing things differently from others like this!
That’s where my actions began.
Is this what the 1% do?
If you ask that, surely more people are doing it, but
I believe doing things differently from the majority is an important mindset.
Most people likely live in rented housing.
Then try turning to the side of the landlords.
How can you become a landlord? What should you do to become one?
If you think about it, the things you should do become clear.
When I was a pharmacist, I bought a certain property and rented it out.
A life with rental income in addition to salary. It eased things a bit lol
Now I rent out a parking lot.
The renters continue spending, but the landlords get a monthly income.
Do not do the same as nine-tenths
Your mindset can change your life.
Your mindset can change your investments too.
Please, change everything from your thinking ( ・ㅂ・)و ク゛ッ !
Today’s explanation.
The U.S. 10-year yield, known as the “temperature of the economy,”I am going to look at it.
What will the economy look like going forward?
A world where U.S. bank failures continue.
It’s hard to say the economy is good, but how does that appear in charts?
I will take a look?
