Which days are advantageous for buying USD/JPY: 13 years of research, Part 1

This is Satori, researching FX.

This time, we will deliver “Which weekdays favor buying USD/JPY? 13 years of research Part 1.”

Previously, we used,Reverse Trading Scenario RSIBandsEA 8-Currency Set,

We also looked at the characteristics of the balance curve at 6 o’clock.

This time, we will investigate the weekdays that favor buying USD/JPY at 6 o’clock.

Below is the settings screen for checking the favorable weekdays.

Only the checkbox BuyWeekdayOnly, when checked, will move from start 0 to step 1 up to stop 5.

0 means no weekday specified = trade on all days; 1 means trade only on Monday; …; 5 means trade only on Friday.

The results are as shown below.

As shown above, considering total profit, profitability, and drawdown, the best entries are on Friday (5) and Monday (1).
