Good morning☀
How did you spend the three-day weekend?
As expected, my plans were all ruined by my son’s ⚾, as usual?
My son joined the same baseball club I belonged to during my youth, but
it's very different from my era…
What’s different now is thatthe team is national-class✨
(although the upperclassmen are the older brothers, though www)
As expected, being nationally recognized, the team is well-organized,
At the New Year, they held a New Year festival at the shrine and prayed for blessings,
and on Saturdays they held the grounds opening.
All first through sixth graders gathered on the grounds, and on the bases they had salt offerings…
My son is still in first grade, so he doesn’t quite understand, but I would be happy as a parent if, like the older brothers in fifth and sixth grade, he could cultivate manners and such?
There are many adults who lack manners or etiquette too, you know…?
Even now, many adults ride bicycles while looking at their smartphones.
Walking with children is dangerous, so dangerous…?
When I see such people, I think…
These kinds of adults surely would only incur losses if they traded
They wouldn’t be able to keep laws or regulations, so I can’t imagine they could keep their own rules, either.
Here is a piece of advice for anyone who can’t keep a personal rule.
Human behavior is influenced by various psychology.
A common question we receive is
“I can’t keep my personal rule. What should I do?”
“Well, just keep it, would you?”
We won’t say that.
There is a valid reason you can’t keep it.
Many people who can’t keep their personal rules
tend to have entries like “forbidden phrases (do not do)”
Like “must not” or “should not.”
For example…
・Entry without basis“must not do this!”
・Entry based on atmosphere“must not do this!”
Many people toohave been told “do not do it!”and yet feel like doing it, have you ever?
When in elementary school,“Do not press the emergency button!”didn’t you wonder what would happen if you pressed it?
This is psychology that makes you want to do it even more when it’s prohibited,
the Caligula effectis involved.
set them in positive terms like “Do XX!” to train your brain.
Then your brain will naturally think “doing that is normal,” making it easier to follow the rules.
・If you break your loss threshold, be sure to cut losses.
・Place a stop-loss order as soon as you enter!
・Every morning, repeat your personal rule three times! (I did this every day, lol)
If you can’t keep your personal rule and you tend to break it,
why not take this opportunity to review it?
