The “Market Forecast Tool” has been approved as a “programwork” (program creation/works).

My blog (Forex FX forecast with Points & Figures, MACD, Elliott Wave, and Stochastic) 소개하고 Fx-on에 올린 『Market Forecast Tool』 was approved as a “program copyrighted work” and I was able to receive the following “Program Registration Notice”.

I will outline the procedural flow below.

To register a program copyrighted work, you must apply for registration with the only designated agency designated by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, namely “Software Information Center, Incorporated”.

To obtain the “Creation Date Registration” for a program copyrighted work, you must apply within six months after creation.

The application generally requires the following items. Depending on the type of registration, there may be other required documents as well.

1. Application form

2. Statement of details of the copyrighted work

3. Reproductions of the program copyrighted work (microfiche or CD-R, DVD-R)

4. Registration fee 47,100 yen (bank transfer)

5. Registration tax 3,000 yen (revenue stamp)

6. Self-addressed stamped return envelope (for the return of the registration notice)

With all the above documents ready, I went to the Tôto Building near the Hibiya Line Kamiyacho Station, where the Software Information Center is located.Tôto Building

After checking the application documents and the CD-R, I signed the envelope that will store the CD-R and the procedure was completed.

Five days after the application date, the “Program Registration Notice” was mailed to me.
With this, I could breathe a sigh of relief.
