Signal example of 100 pips × 25 consecutive wins on the stochastic daily chart

Today, I will report a signal example of 100 pips × 25 consecutive wins on the daily chart of Stochastic.

The figure below shows the USDJPY daily chart with the Stochastic MA breakout signal.

Since it is a daily chart, one profit target is set at 100 pips.

In the figure above, we only buy below the blue horizontal line of the Stochastic.



The figure below shows a sell signal case on the USDJPY daily chart.

Over 5 years, 100 pips × 25 consecutive wins, so with a 0.1 lot trading, the profit is 250,000 yen.

In 2017, the year, there was a forward test period and 5 consecutive wins.

Although the number of trades is small, the entry timing is well narrowed.

If operating across multiple currencies, the lines would become more realistic, but

for example, using a filter such as buy only when Stochastic is 25 or below (oversold) and sell only when Stochastic is 75 or above (overbought) allows entry with counter-trend timing similar to Bollinger Bands.

On a daily chart, you can normally take 100 pips, so if you want to proceed at your own relaxed pace, using Stochastic on daily charts with 8 currencies might be good.



Finally, I also include an example for USDJPY on the 30-minute chart.
