Dollar/Yen has been performing well since the start of this year, so this level of drawdown was within expectations.

■Turkish Lira/Yen Long-Short Strategy

Receives a swap of around 40 yen on TL/Yen.

I am long in MyFX accounts. I bought at much higher rates than now, and although unrealized losses rose temporarily, thanks to daily swap points, unrealized losses have become much smaller.

If I continue this approach and the account eventually turns profitable, I’d like to keep holding for swap income afterward as well.

Currently 22 wins, 58 losses, +240 pips. After completing 80 trades, I will test another 20 trades.

From this rule set, I feel that a ratio of 1.5–2 may suit me better than 3.

Entry is determined by a coin toss, so a string of losses makes me anxious.
