Just Avoid Revenge Trading
Have you ever had your heart broken in FX? I have three times. When you continue to lose during a period when you're not yet solid in your method, you feel anxious, entries become scary, and you lose confidence. This month’s theme is "Moments When Your Heart Breaks."
First, the most important thing when that happens is "do not become desperate." Desperation leads to nothing good, as summarized below. Destruction of computers or furniture, deterioration of relationships with friends and family, and of course, chasing revenge trading at worst.
Since ancient times, revenge trading based on the emotion of "I want to recover right now" almost always fails. When recovering becomes the goal, trading rules are ignored.
