The Principles of Moving Averages!
Hello, this is Itadacchi Sensei. I have been providing detailed, practical explanations about moving averages (MA) since the last time.
MA is calculated using only the closing prices of the candles. The length of the wicks is not taken into account. And as a key principle, when the closing price is above the MA, the MA turns upward; when the closing price is below the MA, the MA turns downward. In other words, the direction of the MA is determined by the closing price, and the MA is drawn toward the closing price.
