Status combines a messenger and a browser, providing a gateway for everyday smartphone users to start using DApps, and a simple means for DApp developers to acquire new users.

In 2016, we are at the dawn of the Ethereum ecosystem. However, as time goes by, Status will evolve into a smooth system for accessing a suite of decentralized applications and services.

Our mission is to remove barriers to participating in Ethereum. This will not only create a more valuable DApp ecosystem but also facilitate a transition to a more open Internet.
