Trade CFDs Even When the Market is Closed
We asked YEN-kura about the features of Nikkei 225 CFDs.
“Basically, because they move in line with futures, CFD can be traded as an alternative to futures, and in the case of cr Click stock, you can receive dividends. Also, when futures cannot be traded in the evening in Tokyo or when markets are closed, you can trade CFDs. Compared with futures, CFDs offer more trading hours and more days. Even when markets are closed for long periods like Golden Week or year-end holidays, you can monitor overseas market movements and trade CFDs. For investors holding individual stocks, CFDs can be used to hedge downside risk.”
Regarding your own trading: “As of May 27, it has risen to around 21,700 yen, and we are watching how high it can go. Around 3 o’clock, due to rebalancing movements, there are influences, so during that time I refrain from short-term trading.”
