FX That Suited Me
Scaletrade Futa began FX after a layoff from stock investments; a colleague suggested it, which sparked interest.
“FX moves 24 hours, so there are more trading times that suit me than stock investments; I got hooked on FX,” says Futa.
Currently, besides trading, he sells trading method material and custom indicators he created for friends. He has recorded top sales for two consecutive years and enjoys strong support from other discretionary traders.
Be Prepared for No Fixed Income
When asked what it takes to go full-time, Futa says, “Since there is no fixed income, it’s important to be aware that profits from trading are your own earnings.”
“Trading is basically a solitary battle; if you stop making money, you’ll feel anxious and your mental state can be affected. Be mindful of this, save money during your part-time years, accumulate trading experience, and gain confidence before going full-time.”
